I have worked with JM Brennan on many projects and their dedication to customer service is top notch! They have developed a culture at their organization that is second to none in the Mechanical Contractor space. Their prices are fair and transparent and the staff does a great job of presenting the appropriate sense of urgency!

It's -5 out right now, and I had to pick up a package that weighed 100 pounds from FedEx all by myself (5'3" lady). One of the JMBrennan drivers was having his morning coffee in the same lot and hopped out of his van to lift the package for me into the back of my truck. He also had such a kind manner about him, telling me exactly how I could help while preserving what was left of my dignity. If I ever need work done, I'll get it from these guys. Thank you!

We have been using JM Brennan for a few months for our senior living communities. They do great work and have been extremely professional. All of their staff have been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them!

Coming from a 18 wheeler. I feel they get more straight truck traffic... just going off their setup! It took them about 20 minutes to get 3 pieces off the trl..

They did a good job showing up and replacing a thermostat. But it cost us $539. (Feb 2015)

Whoever is driving the van around Menomonee Falls shouldn’t be licensed, driving dangerously.

The receptionist is very rude!

Journeymen that work there are great, but Brennan sends you a lump sum bill and won't respond to any questions regarding it. I have tried for over 4 months to pay a bill, but I get a different answer every time I ask. I sent a letter to one of the owners, again trying to resolve the $500 plus bill, but never got a response. Horrible customer service. It's too bad as the journeymen that come out for service have always been great. Other tenants in our building downtown also complain about they feel they have been overcharged many times. We have a great HVAC contractor in Brookfield that we'll have to use in the future.

Seems like this company has driver's that endanger the other people on the road. A driver almost t boned my wife at the intersection of Calhoun and Greenfield in New Berlin on 6/6/2025. They completely blew through a red light, while my wife had a green arrow to turn westbound onto greenfield ave. If my wife wasn't paying attention I may be getting a call that would ruin me. She called and spoke to the safety director so hopefully they handle this correctly. Seems from reading other reviews that this is a repeated pattern.

We were driving on the freeway, changing lanes and one of your drivers sped up, almost hit us to get into the lane we were trying to get into and then proceeded to flip us off. Maybe you should have your drivers not be so aggressive or rude while driving your business vehicles!

I can't help but laugh at how it is unanimous that these people are reckless drivers with absolutely no foresight into the safety of others on the road. Why would I hire you people, you would obviously cut corners because your workers have main character syndrome.

This driver threw his coffee cup out of his moving vehicle on highway 94 west, both littering and tossing it directly in front of my vehicle. I will be reaching out to management as well for a follow up on how this negligent behavior is handled.

Driver of Van 37 was tailgating me very closely on the highway this morning. I prefer to support small businesses when I can, but it seems like this isn't the first poor review of your team's road etiquette, which would discourage me from choosing this for HVAC needs.
