Miltos Shtrepl arrived when said he would and installed my new 40 gallon Rheem water heater and removed my old non working heater.he displays outstanding customer service skills and his workmanship is outstanding. His price was more reasonable than other plumbing companies. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Miltos arrived this afternoon to install a new kitchen sink faucet. He had the faucet installed very quickly and the faucet works great . He is a very professional plumber and exhibits great customer service skills. 9/22/25.

I was at A BP going to fill my gas tank. I asked the person working if they had air he responded no. Tyler Wenzel overheard my predicament and let me know that he had an air compressor and his truck and that he would help me out. Tyler came out to my vehicle with me. He put the air in all four of my tires. Made sure my levels were right and I greatly appreciate it so I can now get home safely. Tyler is an amazing man and I am thankful for people like him in the world. I have his card and if I ever need any help optimal plumbing and Tyler will be who I call.

Optimal was very professional. They were running a tad late and I received text notification to make me aware. After arrival, Tyler came in and got right to work. I’d use them again.

Called Optimal Plumbing about broken sump pump and they booked appointment same day. Jeff the plumber came earlier than appointment which i was happy with. He was very professional and reasonable. He explained the problem with my sump pump and quickly replaced it. He even got laundry sink drain flowing again.Would recommend and use their services again.

Needed a pipe repair. Jeff showed up the next day with everything needed to complete the job. Even assessed my issues and made adjustments as necessary. Professional, punctual, fixed it quickly and price point was fair.

Optimal Pluming was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I was not getting any hot water to my shower/tub at all! I watched several DIY videos to attempt this myself. I purchased the wrong parts and all… I was over it! I have family flying in for the holidays and I just couldn’t see us bathing in cold water. Not only did Miltos fix the issue, but he explained everything that was wrong and what to potentially look for in the future!

I’m very pleased and can not wait to remodel the entire bathroom in the very near future!

What a great find. Like the name says, optimal on all fronts...responsive, prompt (even early arrival), professional and courteous service. Really happy to have this company on file now. Fixed a leaky toilet and will be plumbing for a stackable laundry set.

Tyler was amazing. I came out of his visit knowing more about our house and the solution to our problem more than I have with any other plumber. Can’t recommend him and Optimal Plumbing enough.

Not only they have done a great job to set up a plumbing system for our bathroom, they also provide you knowledge and valuable suggestions for sum pump and sewage drain back up problem. BTW, before they come over to your property, they’ll send you a text with their handsome face, so you know who you are expecting!

We used Optimal Plumbing to remodel our bathroom. The service was amazing. The guys were very kind, helpful, and were able to accommodate our needs. The end result was exactly what we wanted and it was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

Jeff and Tyler are very personable upfront and accommodating. Only mishap was owner (me) error involving my drywall placement to the shower pan. Excellent work. The plumbers were punctual, professional and completed the job right on schedule. Everything was done right the first time and they made sure we always had a washer and dryer hooked up with a toddler in the house. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Tyler from Optimal Plumbing communicated well from the start, discussing various models of dual sump pumps that were compatible and efficient for our home. Jeff and Jack were very professional, paying attention to every detail during the installation and removal of the old system.

Jeff with Optimal Plumbing is a life saver. He replaced our water heater promptly after flooding which allowed us to begin cleanup. They are very responsive and worked with our timing needs. Pricing is also very competitive. Nothing bad to to say about these guys. Highly recommended! We've used Optimal again and Miltos was great!
