I am a retired Builder, jk did my entire house of windows,did my daughter's house after a hail storm, I recommend him to a home owner I built for 30 years ago, and did work for our home owners association. Jk's family and workers are the best, all the workers have been with them for over 20 years,They go way beyond standard of the industry, you would be lucky to get them. Thanks Jk.

I could not be happier with the work done by JK Contractors. Jeff and his crew installed James Hardie siding, soffits, gutters and window trim on my house. I also had them install a front/storm door at the last minute which was not a problem for them.The results are simply outstanding!
They had my small home completed in 3 days and the clean up was excellent. Prior to my house, Jeff sided my moms house which also looks awesome. I have, and will, highly recommend JK Contractors to others.

JK did an amazing job on my house after it had severe damage from a hail storm. It took longer than I liked, but that was due to material delays, and was not their fault. I pretty much had the entire exterior of my home redone and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently used JK to replace our gutters and add aluminum soffits. The crew was on-time, very professional and did a great job with the install. The foreman walked around the house with me before and after the job and answered all questions. Jeff then contacted us that night to ensure that everything went well. The cleanup was very thorough and complete. I would use or recommend them in the future.

Working with JK Contractors was nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. I called to set up an estimate, and within a 24 hr span, I had someone come out, give my home a thorough inspection and estimate, and a signed contract for work. Although they had a lot of work lined up, they were able to prioritize my job, being that I had a hole in my roof leaking into my attic. When they started, they tore off 2 layers of old roofing and installed a brand new roof in ONE DAY. My roof is approximately 2,100 square feet with multiple levels, so I was extremely impressed in their quick work, and also maintaining an extremely high-quality appearance. They were respectful, prompt, and responsive from start to finish in the process. I would absolutely recommend JK Contractors for anyone needing work done on their home.

Jeff and his team were very professional and easy to work with. They were able to accommodate my schedule and coordinate with my tenant to complete the work in a timely manner. My tenant was really pleased with how quickly they worked and how thoroughly they cleaned up. I would recommend them for any roofing projects you have in the Milwaukee area.

We were Impressed with the remarkable efficiency and skill with which JK Contactors replaced our roof. Although our home is quite large, the entire job, including gutter replacement, took less than a week to complete. The new roof looks great. Plus, the owner of JK Contractors is honest, fair and great to work with I highly recommend JK Contractors.

I highly recommend JK Contractors. I had my siding replaced with Hardie Board and they did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough about working with Jeff and his Crew. They were amazing; each and every one of them were friendly and very hard workers. The job site was clean every night before they left. Also, after meeting with multiple contractors, Jeff was the only one that took the time to ask questions about my house and offered solutions to improve it. Awesome job Jeff and Crew! JK Contractors Inc. is the Best! We called JK Contractors Inc. in December of 2017. They were very prompt in setting up a meeting to give us an estimate for a new roof. Jeff, the owner, met with us and was very honest with his assessment. He talked to us about using quality materials, color selection, venting, and proper installation. They completed the roof in one day with several installers and a clean up crew!

It's now August of 2018....we made it through the winter, spring, and summer with no problems! I highly recommend JK Contractors Inc. if you want a beautiful roof with professional service!

JK Contractors replaced the siding on my house with HardiePlank. The whole process with Jeff was professional from the initial walk around to the quote to getting the job scheduled after the siding arrived from the factory. The installation crew was exceptional, highly skilled, friendly, and professional. The entire project was completed in 2 days. The siding looks great. My concrete foundation is exposed above the grade about a foot. Jeff suggested to cover the exposed foundation with aluminum trim that matched the siding. Mitch did an awesome job doing the actual work. The result makes house look a million times better.

From the beginning to the completion of our roofing and gutter work, we found JK contractors to be the most professional, dependable and reliable contractors we have experienced . JK Contractors did an excellent job with our new roof , gutters, and Hardie siding. The work crews were courteous, good tradesmen, and left our property immaculate. We received a lot of compliments about how nice our house looks, and the speed and efficiency of the crews. They were also very well supervised. We waited 15 months until JK was available, and I'm glad that we were patient. It was worth the wait. JK Contractors is head and shoulders above their competition. Excellent!

We were not familiar with JK Contractors until this summer when we saw them do a roof on a home on our street. The roof was completed in one day with a great crew. We met with Jeff who went all around our house and even looked into the attic to see our insulation. We were impressed with his thorough proposal for the roof and because we felt so comfortable that he would do a great job, were decided to replace our siding as well. And as long as we were making our house maintenance free, we asked him to redo our decks. Jeff has a team of craftsmen who really care about their work. We were amazed at all they did. They created a beautiful pillar for our porch and designed a decorative post for the front of our house. They worked hard even in the hottest days of this summer. They are a crew who are knowledgeable , friendly and professional. The roof, insulation, soffits, rain gutters, siding, downspouts, and the decks were completed in 8 days.They did a fantastic job!! There many features we were not expecting which added so much to the appearance of the house. The work they did really far exceeded our expectations!!Jeff and his crew went above and beyond! We love our "new house"> We have received so many compliments about how beautiful our house looks. We highly recommend JKContractors!!!

We had a fantastic experience with JK contractors. Jeff and crew are knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. We had full a roof tear off and replace and all new gutters installed. We received quality product and installation,; both of which are backed by substantial warranties. Communication with Jeff was fantastic both before and during the project. The crew was hardworking, pleasant, conscientious around the landscaping, and the clean up was absolutely impressive. We are so glad with went with JK after talking with another "roofing" company that was more concerned with insurance checks than with providing us with a quality product/install. We highly recommend JK and will be using them again for siding in the future. Thank you!

From beginning to end working with JK Contractors was exceptional! Jeff and his son's, Mitchell and Spencer are incredibly knowledgeable and have an extreme sense of pride in their work. They take the time to stay educated on the materials they use to ensure the job is done correctly and to perfection. Their attention to detail was so greatly appreciated. They completed all aspects of the job with meticulous care, from the start of the job through clean-up. They tore off our old aluminum siding, gutters, facia and soffits and replaced with LP siding, new gutters, facia and soffits. Their crew was wonderful to work with and we cannot recommend them enough!
