I didn't actually visit there but I called there for a dryer belt. He didn't have it so directed me to another company and then he texted me the actual part number so I could order it from Amazon. Overall it was awesome. if I needed their help for something I definitely would call them back

Brad at Badger Laundry is my hero! I had several Tie-Dyed Queen Size Sheet Sets processing when my washer stopped -- you can't take THAT to a laundromat! Hand rinsing and washing until colorfast was pretty much physically impossible, especially with the short window of time I had to get them finished. Badger was scheduling about a week out, but when I told him what my situation was, he figured out a way to get over here and fix my machine so I could meet my deadline. THANKS, BRAD!!!

Excellent service from Jim and the Badger Laundry team! Broken dryer vent was not only fixed, but greatly improved for safety and efficiency. Would strongly recommend and would use them again if we ever need repair work. Great local, family-owned business!

Brad was beyond helpful! We had another company come out to fix my Speed Queen and they made it worse. Brad fixed the issues ( there were multiple and no one bothered to look past the obvious- except Brad) and he explained how and why to use and not use certain features on my washer. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. I will only call Badger for now on!

Had an intermittent noise problem with our speed queen washer and had been through 2 other service companies one who wanted to replace parts that according to speed queen were not needed for the job (1 year later they also had not gotten the parts yet) and the second who though also certified by speed queen would not do the warranty work. I contacted Badger and Brad arrived, diagnosed and told me he would order the parts. Once the parts were in (3 weeks or so) Jim and Mike showed up and did the repair. Both paid huge attention to detail and it was obvious they really knew the machine in and out. I know 3 other families with speed queen and have already told them to use Badger. They are honest, timely, and know how to get the job done

Had a problem with a Speed Queen dryer timer malfunction. The dryer was still in the warranty period. The repair technician Michael arrived right in the time window that had been provided when we called for service. While scheduling the appointment and describing the problem Michael was able to anticipate the problem and had ordered and brought the needed replacement parts. Michael had been to our home once before about 6 months ago for a warranty repair to our Speed Queen washing machine. This time, just like the prior visit, Michael was very professional, provided excellent explanations how the failure likely occurred, gave very helpful suggestions on how to use the appliance to achieve its maximum potential and service life, and very quickly replaced the faulty parts. He was very courteous, professional, competent and knowledgeable. Great job! Will definitely use Badger again if we have another issue. Thanks for the great service!
