The absolute best in Madison and Dane County. Responsive, great at trouble shooting and finding solutions to keep our product at the right temp 24/7. They also have a great inventory of new and used equipment which is helpful in a pinch.

True refrigeration recommended this place, needed a salad bar fixed and they had a tech out the same day within 20 minutes of speaking with them over the phone. They will be my go-to for all future work! Very impressed! I was also surprised by how fast the service tech was working, definitly trying to do whats best for the customer. Great job guys!

I have had Just In Time service our two restaurants in Madison for going on 10 years (this is written in 2023) and many more to come. They do our quarterly preventative maintenance for our HVAC, ice machine, refrigeration, etc. They also do any of our emergency situations. Just In Time has always done fantastic work.

But today I was astonished with their performance. We needed a full new HVAC system replacement (the previous unit ran for nearly 20 years). This required a crane on site, full crew, the whole 9 yards. If this project was not done with precise and hurried timing, it would have been a disaster for our business and our customers.

TJ and his crew got that unit removed and replaced by 11:20am. It was scheduled to be finished by 1pm. This would have caused our dining room to boil by that time of the (crazy hot) day. Our customers did not even notice and and I absolutely must formally commend this quality of work.

We have a lot of restaurant equipment experience in Madison over the past few decades, and have learned what is to be expected of companies that service this equipment. Long story short, if you own a business in Madison you are LUCKY to have Just In Time in the area.

I should also mention that the owner of the company himself has come to help us on MANY last minute issues over the years.

Justin and his crew are always accommodating. I have been using them for years. Most recently, my main walk in compressor went down. Justin trekked through the last snowstorm to get me up and running! If you need refrigeration help, look no further. They have always been knowledgeable and fair priced. Keep up the good work guys!

I was having refrigerator issues at my bakery. I called Just In Time Refrigeration and a “real person” answered the phone. That’s a plus! Peggy was able to have someone stop over that day. I first contacted Justin about a quote for a walk in cooler/freezer. He was at my location in less than 2 hours, and my location is almost an hour drive. He looked at my space and had my quote and drawing within a week. Great communication working with us on install date. We had a little issue with the install, guys were back the next day to resolve it! Have had a few little issues, nothing abnormal for a new install. Each time I have contacted Justin about these minimal issues, and problems I had with my existing equipment I have had a service tech at my location the same day. I have dealt with 4 or 5 different techs and they all have been phenomenal. They enjoy their job, they are happy, personable and most of all knowledgeable. Very willing to think outside the box to make a repair and do not settle for good enough. All in all I could not be happier to have worked with them and found them for my refrigeration service needs.
