Monona came to replace a pipe under the floor and we are extremely pleased. They worked with us every step of the way and even when they ran into trouble with something, we were able to come up with a solution together. They even cemented after, which was greatly appreciated. Dylan was super nice every step of the way too.

Great experience starting from my first phone call through the install of a new hot water heater. Dillon did the install and explained things to me which I appreciated We will be a repeat customer!

Terry & Ollie just finished at my mom's house. Drain from washer and kitchen sink leaking inside wall in basement.
The guys were quick to assess the situation, courteous, professional and left a very clean work space and its fixed up. Also great to know they will do carpentry as well, open up wall, put back together, within reason and they use knowledgeable contractors if more in depth work is needed.

Monona Plumbing does a great job! My wife and I use them quite often. They are very responsive, professional, and do a great job! We have been very satisfied. So glad they moved a branch to Monroe, WI!!

They returned my call very promptly and the project manager visited our home the next day. He scoped out the problem: a deteriorated sewage drain pipe under our basement floor. He called back the next day with an estimate and a "not to exceed" price, which we opted for. They scheduled the service for just a few days later on a date that worked for us. The two men who came to do the work put in along day tearing out about 10' of our concrete basement floor and replaced the broken sewer pipe. They came back a day later to cement in the work area. The bill was slightly under the not to exceed price. All the folks who worked on this were pleasant and professional. A welcome change from other plumbers we called who never even returned our calls. A hearty well done to the folks at MPFP!

February 2023 is the first time that Monona Plumbing (from the Monroe office) provided plumbing services at my home. The customer service staff on the phone is helpful. Dillon who is the plumbing technician does a great job of explaining the problems and solutions and handling the repairs. Yes, I recommend this company 👌!

Installed a new faucet in shower, I do not remember the gentleman's name who responded to do the repair but he was very responsive, communicative, and professional, I think he was there 30 minutes after I called even though I said this wasn't an urgent issue. I received my bill a couple weeks later and Eric did a great job clarifying a question I had on my bill. Great service and an organized, well - run company.

I initially called Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection out of Monroe, thinking they wouldn't even call me back as most plumbers in my area. I utilized them for a recent bathroom project. They were very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them, and will utilize their services in the future.

One morning we had no hot water. We had noticed many red Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection trucks in town so we gave them a call. Evan was able to come a day earlier than scheduled and they had a new tankless water heater available to install the next day. He came on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He had the job done sooner than expected and the water heater worked great! He told us a little about his owner and the company values. You don't often hear about an owner and his staff being so customer oriented and focused on doing the job right. We highly recommend Evan and his company!

Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection is a fantastic local business. They are who we call when issues arise. Just this morning we had our garbage disposal clog up while doing Thanksgiving cooking and we were able to secure a same day appointment. However, Todd at Monona Plumbing called me and walked me through unclogging it myself to save me the expense of an easy repair. This is why they get our business— we trust them and have awesome technicians like Todd on staff.

They found and fixed a leak in my faucet. I had another plumber here 2 times and they couldn't figure it out. Third time... they took a week to call me back. Monona Plumbing (Aaron) came before his scheduled time and was very professional.

Beautiful showroom! I worked as a Selection Coordinator in one in Rockford many years ago, remodeled a house, designed and helped build one in Iowa, bought new in Indiana and back in Illinois. This is a great resource to have for our region! I hope to help friends choose for their projects.

I had a terrible experience. Had a dripping tub faucet. They charged me $400 to replace a spring which did not even fix the issue. Still dripping while the plumber was there. He than tells me the whole setup must be replaced, I dont even want to know how much they would charge for that. A week later I had a friend of the family plumber come over. He replaced the same spring($15 at ace) monona claims to have changed and no more dripping. I called monona and they offer $100 credit for next time. I said keep it and I will never use you again. $400 and they didn't even do the job that they claimed to do and than try to upsell me for a whole new setup....no thanks
