An efficient and problem free experience getting my AC back up and running. Tyler was so fast, friendly and informative! Truly one of the best repair experiences I've ever had. 100 percent recommend!

Always very responsive and help take care of our issues as quickly as possible. Honesty and trustworthy, giving us advice on how to do things ourselves to keep costs down and when to call them instead.

I did a lot of research to find a new furnace. I got a few estimates from some other big name places and the cost was astronomical to the point of absurdity. I called Genesee Heating & Air and after giving them the info on my old furnace, size of my home and explained to them what I was looking for they sent me a two estimates for two possible furnaces. I knew the brands they had on the estimates were good quality and I knew the labor costs were more than fair imo. I called and ended up talking with the owner Ross and asked him if he would like to come out and take a look first to make sure he felt like the estimate was appropriate. I felt like that even though covid is going on they shouldn't have to offer an estimate without actually seeing the job.

Ross came out, was on time,a nice and polite guy and gave me the same price and helped me to better understand the choices I was looking at...he actually pushed me toward the less expensive of the two because of how I use my home. It was refreshing to see someone that was actually more concerned about quality service and properly serving a customer instead of just making that extra buck.

A week or so later Ross came out himself to Eagle, Wi where I live and took what seemed like to me extra time to explain how this system would be an improvement over my last furnace. I also really wanted one of those nicer thermostats which I got and he took the extra time to show me how it worked and some of the neat things it could do.

At the end of the day I was very happy with the product and VERY happy with the price which NEVER changed one cent from the original estimate. Very nice people from beginning to end...I highly suggest them. I saw the other reviews and wondered if this guy could really be as good and as nice as other people made him out to be...yep it's all true. They will be getting all my business from now on.

Now 2024 --------Tyler came out...nice guy and great service. I would still recommend this company.

We have used Ross here for several occasions (unfortunately). However, he has also been very timely and helpful when needed. He installed a new AC unit for us 2 years ago and has made a couple repairs for our furnace. I’d highly recommend Ross and this company!

They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions we had. Our furnace failed right after the sub zero weather but they treated us as if it was a major emergency and scheduled our install for the day after we called them. Ross is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with.

Superb. Locally-owned, extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with. AC went out in very hot weather. Jared worked in a quick and quiet way. Didn’t leave a trace of his being out next to the house and also down around the furnace in the basement where he did some super nice fabricating. All he left behind was the great fabricating (sheet metal, some copper lines and more) and the super tidy new pad out next to the house with a beautiful new AC unit. Price was lower than two other local places I had come out. Oh, and the communication from Jared and the people at the office was easy and friendly. I have a new go-to HVAC place now. Highly recommended.

Our AC stopped working heading into the hottest week of the summer - I needed to find someone fast. I called Genesee Heating and Air Conditioning based on their good reviews. They were quick to respond and fit me in right away. Ross came out, quickly identified the problem and made the repair for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

Prompt, qualified, knowledgeable and experienced service at a more than fair price for an emergency furnace replacement installation in below 0 weather. I was on the fence about repairing or replacing my almost 20 year old unit and all my questions and concerns were answered honestly and thoroughly, I ultimately decided that replacement was my best option. Installer also answered all my questions about my new unit and did a really nice job. I will definitely be having them do my A/C unit replacement as well in the near future. Highly recommend their services.

I was promptly responded to and a tech from their amazing team visited my home within hours. I was told all of my options and even shown the competitors prices when choosing a new unit. The installation was scheduled the next day. They were clean and efficient. I was very happy with the level of service, knowledge and swiftness of this company. Ross was very detailed oriented as far as explaining their bid proposal and their scope of work prior to starting. The staff is very Reliable, and very friendly. Our heat went out right before the freezing temps that ended up cancelling school. I called on a weekend and within minutes I received a call that someone would be out within the hour. It turned out to be the owner who quickly fixed the issue and the price was so reasonable. I would highly recommend and will share with friends and family when they run into similar issues!
