I have found through the years Createscape workers have been professional, hard working and quick. This has been consistent even with some changes in their work crews, a sign of good management I guess. Prices have been more than reasonable. Since moving from the area I have had difficulties finding companies offering a level of professionalism and quality like them.

Our experiences with Missy and her team have been wonderful.
My husband and I first met Missy at NARI a handful of years ago. She had the most down to earth breathtaking portfolio out of everything there. So many other landscaping companies were displaying things that although very nice, not realistic.
Missy came over late in the evening after both my husband and I were home from work. This was also the end of her day. She talked with us about what we liked and what we did not like. She really got to know us.
She came back a few days later, again in the evening, and showed us what she imagined for us and our landscaping. We both loved her ideas!
I still get excited every year when the different flowers begins to bloom! I love everything she planted and all the plants have done exceptionally well.
We have her team come back when the beds need remulching because we trust her and the people she has chosen for her team.
We have found our landscaper for life!

After contacting multiple landscape companies, and having been ghosted by most of them, we were pleased with the quick response from Missy at CreateScapes.

We checked her online reviews and were a bit concerned by a couple comments about how she communicated with clients/prospects. Let’s just say this! If you want honesty and transparency, you’ll get 100 percent of that from Missy. We were thrilled with her continued communication from start to finish and her desire to make sure they were meeting our expectations.

The crew? They were fantastic! They answered questions, went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied, and even befriend the little neighbor child who was fascinated with the skid steer.

Missy designed our yard when house was built. We have always loved the variety of plants. Due to weather this year it got overgrown. A Createscape crew came in and cleaned everything up,put down new mulch and some new plants. Looks terrific!!

Spoke with Missy regarding fixing a flagstone patio. She was so informative and pleasant and gave me great information to make the right decision. She was very honest as far as cost. Though we probably will do this ourselves now that we have great feedback, I will definitely call Createscape for future projects. Thank you, Missy ,for your insight and honesty.

There’s that old song with the lyrics “don’t know what you got ‘til it’s gone”. I feel that way about Missy and Createscape. I used them for many years for lawn and bed maintenance and couldn’t have been more pleased. I also hired her to do some major landscaping with beds, plantings and a complete rebuild of an improperly installed retaining wall. The ask was loads of color across all seasons. The results were magnificent! Here is where the lyrics come in…shortly after the huge project was done I had to relocate out of state for work. I trust and hope the new owners are enjoying it and caring for it. I have a great company I work with in my new home state but what Missy and her crews provided over the years cannot be matched. The photos are from just after the work was completed so nothing was blooming yet. Wish I could see it now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's ironic that a landscaping company actually made my yard look worse than it was after completing the "job."

My family hired Createscape for a simple job at my home: drop off topsoil in a designated spot in the yard. The location was confirmed in email correspondence the office manager drew up. Createscape's employee failed to follow directions and dropped the topsoil in the opposite side of the front yard, creating unnecessary disturbance to an area that was just fine as it is.

Rather than take accountability for the error, the office manager initially stated there was nothing more that could be done. Eventually, she agreed to have the worker come out and move the topsoil to the appropriate spot in the yard. In doing so, the worker completely ripped up the grass. While she did state this could happen, one would think, given the extent of damage, they would do the right thing and at least place seed in the impacted area to take steps toward bringing it back to its original condition -- which, again, I must reiterate, was perfect as it was. Nope! I'm shocked at the office manager's cavalier attitude, unwillingness to take accountability and troubleshoot and demonstration of atrociously poor customer service. I'm quite surprised she's in the position she's in.

I will be in need of landscaping services in the next several years. Needless to say, I will not be contacting this company again and will be looking elsewhere. Anyone in the market for landscaping work, beware: If Createscape does not complete a job to the originally agreed upon specifications, odds are they will not correct the problem.

Owner came to quote a water feature I wanted, but later in the day called and left a message that she wasn't interested in doing it for less than $10,000.00....told me to go elsewhere

If the employee's show the same lack of safety and concern for others in their work as they show in their driving I'll pass on their services! Employee driving from Mukwonago to Hartland 7/24/19 in the early morning hours put others in danger as they tailgated, abruptly switched lanes, unsafely passed other motorists, and sped in excess of 15mph over the speed limit. When driving a company vehicle you are a representation of the business and I would expect professionalism even when out on the road.

Called for snow removal service on a heavy snow day. I said hello and introduced myself. The response was "want to do you want? We are in the middle of a blizzard." I hung up. Not worth my time to give Createscape Landscaping Service my business.

I wanted to get a retaining wall and other landscaping quoted. The woman on the phone asked how much I had to spend and I told her $10k. She proceeded to tell me that there was no way I could get a wall done for that without even seeing my land, which I thought was odd, but ok. I still wanted to have someone stop by and look at the other landscaping projects I had (level some land, add plants, etc). This person proceeded to tell me all of the things I couldn’t have for $10k in kind of a condescending tone and I couldn’t wait for her to leave. I asked her to at least quote the wall so I could save up for it. She measured for it and said she’d email it to me. I never got the quote. Not sure why a company would leave $10k sitting on the table. Seems like you need to offer significantly more money to get work from this place. If they weren’t interested they should have just told me.
