Ryan stopped by on time and had my garage heater up and running in less than an hour. He answered my questions and gave me a helpful tip to keep the heater clean and clear of obstructions.
UPDATE: I contacted Marten’s Plumbing & Heating again to fix a leaky shower drain. Jim and his partner arrived on time, assessed the problem, laid down protective tarps throughout the work area and quickly completed the repair in just a couple of hours. Jim offered the name of a nearby drywaller, Dowdle Drywall in Eagle, WI, to finish the job who also did a fantastic job covering the hole and perfectly matching paint and texture. In addition, Jim stayed longer when I asked him to assess a low water pressure condition/ He explained in easy to understand terms a couple of options and said the office would follow up with formal estimates. Once again, the Marten’s Plumbing & Heating team provided expert service at a reasonable cost plus a little bit more.

We have had Martens do some plumbing work on both of our toilets and they do a great job. Quick to schedule, great technicians, and through work. We know we can count on them!

I have had heating and cooling services with Martens Plumbing and Heating, Inc. for nearly two decades! I have had peace of mind for every service they have done, whether having an annual furnace or air conditioner tune-up, or an emergency service. My most recent service today was a continuation of trust of their technician, whom I now know and recognize by name. For me, it comes down to trust, based on competence and customer service! They display integrity at every turn, never trying to sell me what I don't need. They are personable, efficient, and cost-friendly! I recommend this family-owned business to anyone wholeheartedly!

Steven was most helpful when choosing our new kitchen sink. Neil was fantastic as an installer and as a person. Martin’s, don’t lose him!

Jim and Kevin were wonderful putting in our new furnace and aur conditioner. In fact Jim noticed that our rust machine was making funny noises and is coming back today to change the valves. Thanks for helping us head off some bigger problems.

Such excellent service from Marten’s. This spring I had them replace the bib and faucet outside. Have been struggling with it for years, don’t know why I waited so long for replacement! Today I called about a leak from a PVC pipe and they were here within hours and have the leak repaired. Three(I think) generations providing service in the Mukwonago area.

We have had work done by Martens several times and have always been satisfied. The only issue we had was addressed immediately and resolved. I recently purchased a new kitchen faucet and was initially told it would be 2 weeks until installation but they were able to get it done the next day! Outstanding service and office personnel.

Martens preformed a well and septic inspection on a home my buyers were purchasing. As a local realtor it can be nerve wracking when a seller chooses the inspection company and you have no say, you never know if they will choose good. Martens went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed. First, they got the reports to us within 2 days, which is extremely fast. Jeff took the extra time to speak to me on the phone to help explain exactly what was going on and what’s a big deal or not and is very friendly. Brittany and the entire staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. Great experience and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Pleasant contact with employees, prompt set up for service call, technician on time ready to work, asked relevant questions using knowledge, experience and past visits, efficiently pinpointed problem with recommendation for repair, conducted tests, checks and evaluations of complete system. Had a furnace replacement several years earlier by Martens with excellent results and knew they would be our choice hands down for replacing this second furnace.

We needed to replace our HVAC system in the summer of 22. Jeff Martens proposal was the most professional of all 3 companies we spoke with.The installation went very well, with efficient and professional technicians. The job site was always clean. We are pleased with the unit.

Ryan reworked our laundry sink, with a new faucet and modification. What an improvement!

Time had come to totally redo our master bath. Stephen, the designer also had a very professional presentation with great ideas and understood what our vision was. He was fabulous to work with. There are always questions during the construction and Stephen’s was always in touch.
Jim and I are extremely pleased with the remodel.

Quick appointment to install wifi thermostat. Ryan was friendly, professional and kept us updated on what he was doing. Even set the wifi app up for us. Having been using Martens for 15+ years.

Ryan & Ian were punctual and very efficient. Explained everything. Will call them again if a need arrived.

Martens came to our home same day to help us with an issue with our whirlpool tub faucet. They arrived with a plan A and a plan B in case they didn’t have what they needed on the truck to make the repair. They ended up having what they needed and made the repair in a timely manner while being courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services!

Ryan from Martens did an outstanding job fixing the problem with our kitchen faucet.
He called before the appointment, did the the replacement, double checked everything, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Every one we talked to was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have had Martens do numerous other projects and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of the results.
