A/C went out on Friday night - as we go into a 90 degree Memorial day weekend with overnight guests! The service technician was at the house by 8:30 am Saturday am, had the parts on the truck and the a/c was up and running by 9:30. Thank you!

The service technician was very knowledge, professional, and communicative. The service was excellent and the fees were fair. I would definitely call on them again.

Air conditioning went out, these guys came quickly on short notice and made the necessary repairs with a couple hours of calling for a good price. Great work!

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HEATING SERVICE THERE IS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSOINAL. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO FIND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, AND THEY FIX IT RIGHT. I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE WORK ON MY HEATING THANK THEM FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Called them in the morning, by 1:00 they had a guy there fixing our a/c. Reasonably priced, and had the part on his truck. Thank you.

AC was not working my wife called Tri- Town Heating. Techntion Rick come out had use up and running in no time. I WILL DEFFENETLY CALL THEN AGAIN. They will be my New go to.

My furnace was making loud noises overnight. Called the next morning and Rick came over in the morning and fixed the problem right away. Great service!

We had Tri-Town out to fix a leaking boiler pipe.Ray fixed the pipe and then discovered some other issues that needed our attention. He replaced a pressure tank and even got the boiler working to heat areas have never been very warm. We're warm and cozy now. Ray taught us some boiler maintenance items and showed us gauges to monitor. We're extremely pleased and will call Tri-Town back the next time the need arises.

I would highly recommend Tri-Town. Not only are their rates competitive but their inside service people both Jan and Noelle were awesome too! Rick our service technician did a fantastic job and really knows his trade and was a true professional. Thank you!

So yesterday morning I wake at 5am to a lovely outdoor temp of 0 and an indoor temp of 57 and falling. PERFECT day for my furnace to decide....um yeah....I'm done working, find yourself a new furnace. A HUGE thanks to Craig and the team at Tri-Town Heating and Cooling right here in lovely Muskego. They saved the day and set me up with a new Lennox Elite 2-stage furnace and iComfort S30 thermostat - installed and running by around noon. I've been using Tri-Town for about 15yrs for HVAC on my client's remodeling projects. They are my go to HVAC contractor and always come through. Thanks Craig and Jan. You rock!

After doing my research I went with Lennox for a new furnace & AC unit. I went with Tri Town Heating & Air on recommendations by some friends and past service calls I have placed with them on the old unit. It is only day 1 but I could not be happier from the estimate to the install everything was perfect. Guy and Justin were great installers who knew what they were doing and explained to me what and how it would be done. The Wifi thermostat is pretty slick too. Again, Thank you to Craig, Guy, Justin & everyone at Tri Town Heating & Air!

Ray Hinz did a great job at a reasonable cost. My air conditioner was fixed the day after I called. Routine service was done on the heating system. Ray was great at explaining what he did. He was pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and AC work!!
