Trevon provided excellent service with our furnace check up today. He checked out everything thoroughly and explained everything he saw to me. He was also very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr Hollands and Jonathan were great. As a club member, I needed routine maintence on my furnace. They were able to service on the same day. Jonathan was professional and very knowledgable!

This was a completion of some items that were not completed at the HVAC installation and the vent cleaning. Our technician Will was awesome. He was prompt, knowledgeable, informative, polite and gracious. He definitely is an asset to your company.

Mr Turner was on time and very polite. Went right to the problem and was able to fix it in a reasonable time. I would personally have him do any job that I would need done. When he completed the work he cleaned up and took his tools out to his truck. Thank you so much for getting scheduled to be done. I would gladly refer your business and Mr Turner to my family and friends if you ever need a plumber.

Erik was professional and personable in his service. He explained what he found, what should be addressed and replaced, and scheduled service for the next morning. He offered several cost savings options offered by Mr. Holland’s.

Aaron E was very polite and knowledgeable. He was receiving calls from other techs needing his guidance and expertise while doing his work. He is definitely a great example of people you want on your team. I think you should give him a big raise before you lose him to another company who will pay him for his expertise. Josh was awesome. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He explained everything well and gave me good info about how drains work. Very friendly and hard working! Will definitely call Mr. Hollands for future work if needed.

Andrew came to do the annual tuneup on my furnace today. My appointment was scheduled for 8am-12pm. Andrew called at about 7:30 to let me know that he was about a half hour away. He showed up at 8, so was exactly on time. As soon as he got in the door he covered his shoes with booties. He was professional and kind. When he finished, he sat me down and went over everything he did and showed me all the test results and clearly explained what each of them means. I could not be more impressed.

Jonathan was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything that he had checked pointed out the status of the different parts our furnace.

I was pleased with how he went about his job and how he interacted with me and my wife.

Matt and Bo came to do a regular tune up on our furnace. They were both extremely kind and knowledgeable explaining our different options. They were realistic, honest and professional.

Trevon is a very nice and capable young man. He explained what he did and showed us pictures of the condition of the equipment which is helpful.
Only thing which is not under his control was that the appointment was not booked for two furnace tuneups, only one. Holland’s has this information in their system (installed by Holland’s in 2024) so someone in the office dud not notate this detail which he had to notify schedulers that he’d be here longer. Not a biggie, but probably delayed the next customer.

Bill was here for an annual inspection/tuneup of our furnace. He was friendly, neat and on time. We had no issues with the furnace and his work confirmed it was in good shape. He is very diligent in his work. It’s a pleasure to have him doing this. The work is included in our maintenance contract with Mr Holland.

Thank you for turning a bad experience into a pleasant experience! After, three plus weeks of talking with your customer service, there finally was a resolution to the piping issue that was damaged by a tech that came out to unclog tub and bathroom sink drain. I want to thank Zack, Danielle, Tasha, and Dan for the follow up to assure that my concern from the damage of my last service call was addressed. I want to also thank Allen and Chad for greeting me with a smile, that they both would be the plumbers that would be doing the repairs from the previous technician's mistake. They both did an excellent job with repairs and clean up. I am happy to say that what was originally a bad experience, turned around to be a good experience, we are very satisfied with our service received.

I'm a renter and wanted to install a chandelier and a dimmer switch. Brian arrived on time and ready to get started.Through his careful and diligent diagnostics he discovered major problems which I believe save me from future harm. You don't play around with wiring. He could have, like most, made everything work and taken the money but he didn't. I'm a little sad not being able to see my chandelier shine, she's really beautiful, but I understand safety first

The technician arrive within 3 hours of my call, which amazed me. The person I spoke to took my concerns seriously, especially that there was only one toilet in my home. Maximus was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained all the possible options and their cost before he started. The unclogging was handled well. He checked the basement for possible leaks. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and skills. He cleaned up carefully. He got along well with my cat, too!

Professional. Explained process and cleaned up after which was minimal. Would definitely recommend and have it done in the future. Very happy. Arrived on time also. It was included with my new system during the flood in August. Showed me before and after pictures of the duct cleaning. Amazing!!!

10/10 recommend. Max was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, even funny. He walked me through everything he was doing so that I understood what was going on. High professionalism and great customer service!

Josh Turner did an outstanding job diagnosing and correcting our basement drain issue. More importantly, he was informative and openly honest in communicating he’s assessment, correction and costs related to the service we received. I highly recommend Josh for anyone’s future plumbing needs.

Zack was absolutely the best. He was very neat, professional and got the job done quickly.

Matt was very professional and thorough when inspecting and cleaning my Rinnai system. I appreciated the pictures he took as he cleaned and checked the system. He took the time to explain the parts and procedures. He also had suggestions for possible future replacements to keep the heat flowing. The maintenance fee was very fair for the time spent. I will ask for Matt again next year!

We are so happy and thankful for the service we received from George today. He was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and very pleasant. He was responsive to all of our needs and concerns. He got our furnace up and running in good time and with a wonderful attitude, even working on a holiday. We’re so pleased and highly recommend him!
