Engen Plumbing was wonderful to work with. Brandon was very professional and went beyond expectations when repairing a significant plumbing leak. He understood our desire to keep the fixtures in character of our almost 100 yr old home and was able to find fixtures that fit within that scope. He was prompt and there were no surprise costs at the end. Plus the added bonus of utilizing a local small business is always wonderful. Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend!

I was very happy with my experience. I had a gas line run for a new stove and EPS showed up right at the appointment time. Very efficient and they cleaned up afterwards, and the installation was very professional. I would definitely recommend Engen Plumbing Service.

We have used several different plumbers in the Madison area for different projects and emergencies as new home owners. Each plumber has left us with disappointing quality work that required multiple call backs to repair. We have worked with Engen for 3 different plumbing issues/projects now, and we could not be happier with the experience. They are professional, honest, tidy, efficient, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them for any project big or small!

I highly recommend if you need a plumber you call Engen! Brandon came out the same day and fixed my toilet and assessed my water softener issue, also pointing out the age of my water heater, which I didn’t know was way past it’s expected survival date! My water softener was past its prime too so I can get both replaced and have peace of mind this winter! I appreciated the extra time to look at the ages of the appliances so I could make a decision based on that.

Brandon was able to come out within hours of my call. He was very professional, took great care of the area he worked in as he removed our kitchen sink clog. He took the time to verify our garbage disposal was not affected by the clog and everything ran clear. We will definitely use Engen Plumbing in the future.
