CY Tricounty Construction was fabulous. Curtis far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Very attentive to detail on the setup of the floor to the finished grouting. Instead of just tiling over what looked like a questionable sub-floor, Curtis suggested we pull it to assure it was solid. It wasn’t. So the project scope grew some but he was fair and we now have a solid base for the tile that will last a good long time.

We will use CY Tricounty for any future project we encounter.

Wonderful experience working with Curtis. Installed a new patio for us and everything worked out great. Was communicative, answered all our questions and was helpful throughout the process.

Curtis and his team did a marvelous job repairing a previous bathroom remodel. They not only fixed the plumbing, they mended the wall that they had to go through so well that I can't even see where they mended it. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I intend on having them do more work for us.

I hired Curtis to replace cement steps that were crumbling. Curtis was very easy to work with, gave me a fair price and is very professional. Also a very hard worker. I would use him again.

This is by far a great company to work with. Fair, hard workers and beautiful work. Had sidewalk, full garage floor, approach to garage and a wheelchair platform done. Needed a new screen door and vinyl trimming. They had a guy. Beautiful work from all nice crew and great price. I will be using them for other projects in my home.
