Not sure why my first post isn’t going through, Stephen, who sold us the machine in Jeremiah who installed it were amazing! They cleaned up everything so nicely super easy to talk to and explained everything I needed. I highly recommend them.

Kyle is cordial and professional and helps you understand what’s going on with your equipment.

Kyle has been out service technician of choice for several years now. Outstanding service and walks us through the system condition and operational needs. Wouldn’t have anybody else.

Matt was awesome! Extremely friendly and personable. He was promt, efficient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything, checked to see if the faulty part was covered under warranty, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Tried this company the first time for furnace issue, their call center are so professional and helpful. The first technician they sent didn’t fix the issue so they sent another technician out the next day his name is Kyle Keller, he was supper professional and has excellent experience and knowledge, Kyle fixed the issue right the way. Big thanks for Kyle for the great job he has done.

Matt Winklemeier came out through West Allis Heating, Cooling. He was very communicative on what he was doing and what the issues were. He completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Great customer service from Matt. Got my AC running at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing the services provided by Stramowski Heating

Very knowledgeable and he interacts with the owner...I would never have anyone else service my furnace or air conditioner!!!

Mr. Demos is a very polite, respectful, and over all an amazing person! He came to my home for an HVAC inspection to find out what is wrong with my heater. He helped me get an understanding of how the circuitry works and why my heater wasn't working. I highly recommend Mr. Demos to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.

Our technician Lucas was very professional and very nice he did a Great job.

Everyone we dealt with a very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us get our new hvac installed very quickly. We felt we received a fair price and good warranty. We would definitely recommend Stramowski Heating.

David was very respectful of me and my home. He explained in detail the work he did and made sure I was comfortable with what he was going to do to resolve my problem.

James Demos went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. He diagnosed the problem (which was previously misdiagnosed by the same company) and went out of his way to solve the issue asap with the holidays quickly approaching. We were having issues with the company but James Demos corrected every wrong for us. This guy deserves a hell of a raise. The 5 star review is for James.

From the first phone call I knew Stramowski Heating was going to take care of my emergency furnace needs. They came that same day and gave a quote. The next day I had a new furnace, AC and water heater. Great service and installation. This is place to call if you're in need of service or an entire new unit(s).
