Aaron and Troy just left my house after spending 2 hours cleaning my ducts. They showed me before and after pics cleaning my vents and I was very impressed with them. They were very informative and kept relaying what they were doing and where they needed to go. They were so good with our nosey lab too and she loved the extra pets she got today. My ducts are clean and would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

Colin did a great job today with servicing our furnace! He explained what he was going to do and he answered our questions very well. I would definitely have them service us again. A+++

Adriel did a fantastic job with my furniture repair. He was timely and professional. He explained the problem and figured out the solution. I certainly recommend this company if you need a furnace repaired.

Adriel was very friendly and answered all our questions. He checked our furnace, cleaned igniter, checked blower speed & everything was good for this upcoming winter. Would definitely recommend him. Hope to see him back in Spring/Summer to check on our AC.

Had no heat this morning. Called Thielmann who sent Josh out to check. Josh discovered it was the thermostat that was causing the problem which he quickly fixed. Very happy with his service and will be asking for him in the future. Thanks so much, Josh.

Techs also take the time to carefully listen to questions or concerns and promptly address. Highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

Purchased a a replacement humidifier that was a few steps above my last one when I replaced my furnace. I was having trouble with the differences in models and wasn't happy with the performance.

I called and they sent someone out to help. Thankfully they did as after spending time and demonstrating I am now happy with my purchase and very happy with my purchase fromThielmann. Thankyou.

Adriel was prompt and did a great job with checking everything out and giving me a recommendation for a chimney cleaner since that seems to be the issue and then I should be good to go and he did recommend maintenance for my boiler which I will have done in the future. Very nice guy and knew what he was doing five stars to this young man

I had the pleasure of meeting Adriel. He was very nice and courteous. He worked efficiently and informed my husband and I that all was well with our furnace. I am very happy with Adriel’s work and customer service!

My 17 year old furnace decided to stop working. Was able to get an appt scheduled for the next morning where Josh was able to get it working in the meantime while I wait for my appt to get it replaced. I'm grateful for the quick turn around times in getting everything done.

We've been in our house since 2019 and have used Thielmann (Burlington) from the beginning. Their Customer Service folks are easy to talk to, helpful and responsive. They send a text address so you can send a picture or two to help describe the problem. They also send a text or call with the ETA along with the tech's photo and a short bio so you know who's coming to your home.

Rich has been here a few times for routine maintenance and repairs on a 10-11 year old furnace. He's done a great job for us and we trust him to fix what needs fixing. And like Thielmann's Customer Service people, he's easy to talk to, helpful and responsive.

I recommend Thielmann and Rich without reservation.

Adriel from Thielmann did the annual furnace check for me this year. He was professional, efficient, and a good communicator. I have been very pleased with Thielmann for the past 5 years and have hired them for two projects in my home in that time.

Andy was awesome and provided us with recommendations for a new hot water heater. He answered our questions and made recommendations on how to save money in the future. I will not hesitate to contact them for future issues.

We purchased an air conditioner from Roth in Oak Creek last year in August, 2023. The New Berlin office installed it. Everything was great back then and they were all very nice. Our air conditioner broke last week Thursday. I called the New Berlin office on Friday morning because they were the ones that installed it last year. By 2:00 Friday afternoon we had a new air conditioner and all was good. We can’t say enough about the service. These people were all so awesome and they took such great care of us.

My family woke up to a cold morning. We knew who to call, Thielmann!!! I called and talked to there overnight receptionist around 6am. We had non emergency service to our home in only a few hours. We shared a good laugh with our Thielmann technician Jake. We discovered our master switch to our furnace got bumped off. Kindly, Jake wrote on our master switch box on and off. We all laughed. Jake also saw our high speed on our furnace was also off. He fixed that for us too. Very fast and friendly service. My family would recommend to anyone.

CJ Kempken was great at explaining my new furnace and everything that goes with it. They were quick and efficient and I’m glad I went with them. Josh was excellent, too, when it came to to serving my furnace.

Josh was great. Very personable. Walked me through his thinking and the options I had. While he was unable to fix the issue, he tried many different things before giving up and needing to order parts. I was very appreciative!
