One thing that I really appreciate in a business is a willingness to communicate via email. Viking gave me quotes and scheduled the whole appointment without requiring me to have a phone call.

I had them out to cam my sewer line and replace a toilet and they did both in a professional and timely manner. They arrived within the scheduled window with a text message before hand.

All in all a very low stress experience for me which was great!

Called Viking and in less than an hour the plumber arrived. We were very happy with our plumber, Jimmy. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly. We will use Viking in the future and ask for Jimmy whenever we have plumbing issues.

Jesse, was able to arrive early, which made my day easier. He worked quickly and efficiently to clean out our main drain. He was personable and informative. We will continue to call Viking for any plumbing issues.

I called Viking and as usual got a quick response. Carmelo was friendly and polite and did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and leaking pipes under the sink!

Jesse explained the problems he found and the options to fix them in easily understood terms. We felt it was good advice for us and followed his recommendation. He left everything neat and tidy.

Jason was very helpful in doing an inspection for a possible leak in our high rise condo, as well as helping with repair of toilet. He went above and beyond in speaking with our building management. We will definitely seek out Viking again if we need plumbing assistance in the future!

Jesse was great! He talked us through every step of what he needed to do and was lightning quick to respond to an unexpected issue. We truly respect all that he did and we’d be delighted to have him out for future work.

Also, Viking, as a whole was fantastic to work with. I scheduled an appointment and they were out the next morning (Friday). We thought we’d have to wait for Monday to have everything finished, but he completed it all the same day. I also have to give props for integrity. He ended up having to do less work than was originally expected, and that was perfectly spelled out on the invoice saving us a pretty good chunk of money.

Carmelo came at the exact time, and shortly after the water heater was delivered to my nephew's home. The water heater damaged during historic flooding, was removed from the property. Viking is one of the best companies to deal with, and we would highly recommend them. J

Very responsive, easy to communicate with. I appreciated the detail with which they were happy to explain and talk through every question I had. Work was done quickly and well, at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Update: had them out again, and Carmelo was outstanding. Friendly, explained everything well, and did solid work. Also appreciated that they were able to come on short notice to get the water back on, and then followed up with the bigger job a few days later.

Viking Plumbing was referred to me by someone who has used them for years. I can totally see why! Carmelo was polite and thorough. I’m very pleased with the service provided.

Manny was on time, friendly and fast. He explained things very well, gave updates on progress and was able to finish the job within a short period of time. Things were a little tricky, but he did a great job getting the leak fixed. He also cleaned up afterwards and left the area spotless! Would definitely recommend.

Then, I called these wonderful plumbers back for outdoor spigots that were a drippy mess. They did the estimate and replacement of 1 spigot and repair of the 2nd at a very reasonable price. All done in 2 hours. Great service, very reasonable price, and once again so impressed with the quality of their work! Thank you Viking!

Viking has been my go to Plumbing company for 35 years. I just had some laundry tub faucets replaced and some shut offs added Jimmy did a great job
