Very satisfied with my (2015) Carrier heat pump for heating and cooling.

We only use advanced comfort systems from Oostburg. These people know what they are doing. We had water heater replaced , new high efficiency furnace, and quality shows. FlawlessI now looking to replace the toilet and other plumbing. The home is 30 years old and things go bad. I have an immune system of 0 right now due to stem cell transplant andI know they will work with me.But only Advanced. No one else.

Living in an old rural farm house means all the plumbing is old. I had a leak in a ¾ inch steel water pipe at an elbow connection which I tried to fix with a repair patch that failed. I called Advanced Comfort Systems to make an appointment to have it fixed. The next morning Marshall and his helper fixed the problem by bypassing the old pipe with new Pex pipe which has no elbows or extra fittings. This is important because I have no heat in my basement and that’s where the pipes freeze first. Marshall explained everything I needed to know about the Pex pipe he installed, he even cut up the old steel pipe in sections so it would be easier for me to remove them. Next time I need a plumber I’m calling Advanced Comfort Systems and asking them to send Marshall to fix my problem. A very pleased customer.

Advance Comfort service is great. We had a high efficency furnaces put in about 4 years ago and a tankless water heart about 2 years ago. The products have worked flawlessly.

Great company to work with for heating and cooling needs. They responded quickly when my furnace failed initially. They offered great product, price, and service when I chose to install a new system

The service we receive from Advanced Comfort is great. They are pleasant to work with, always ready to fix the problem, and they have what they need to fix the problem on the truck, they don't have to leave to get a part and come back to fix it.

Had ACS install new furnace, A/C and humidifier. Men were professional & friendly; finished their work ahead of their estimated time; explained everything to me adequately. Highly recommended.

I was extremely thrilled with ALL of the services that Advanced Comfort Systems (ACS) has provided to my home. From Jessie fixing the kitchen sink and reconnecting a new garbage disposal to two other employees repairing my airconditioning unit. Arron got the ball rolling in seeing that the air conditioning unit was repaired immediately. I am thankful that we have such a responsible, professional and dependable service as ACS. I had a new AC unit installed. The vents in my house were out of this world different. These guys came back 3 more times after the install because my house wasnt cooling like I wanted. Each time I called they made it a priority to get to my house. I felt like such a burden to them but they were so wonderful each and everytime they came out.Today they finished up again for me. I am so happy with the outcome of using this company. I will definitely refer them to anyone needing this type of service. Thanks guys for you help when I know its such a busy time for your company.

We had our sump pump die on us and we had more rain in the forecast. They were able to get to us the same day before it rained and installed a new one in 30min. They were quick, polite, and we paid less than we were expecting. Highly recommend!

We recently had our annual heating/cooling system check up and were pleased with the prompt/professional service we received. The service man cleaned off the exterior of our outdoor heat pump and told us that it was time for a new furnace filter. We are now prepared for whatever Wisconsin's weather flings at us!

In the fall of 2019 we decided to remodel our bathroom and move a laundry room. We contacted Advanced Comfort Systems and talked to Aaron. He set us up with a general contractor and guided us through the process. Aaron made many very helpful suggestions. Aaron and his employees were professional and very responsive to our needs.
