Fantastic service! My central a/c decided to give out on one of the hottest, most humid weekends ever and I was in a panic so I called Brothers HVAC. The response was very quick, Jeremy came out the same day that I called. He was able to identify the problem right away and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense. He found connections that were not soldered properly which caused the unit to leak. He repaired the connections and charged it back up. In less than an hour, I was basking in icy cold conditioned air. My extremely fat dog is very grateful and so am I. I would definitely recommend them. When my unit eventually comes to the end of its life, I know who I'll be calling to replace it.

The workers were kind and courteous from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Our install wasn't easy as we have a crawl space but that didn't slow the workers down. I am very pleased with all of the hard work and our new unit. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I chose Brothers HVAC because Jeremy gave me confidence in Brothers and the Trane product line. When buying a product that requires installation and service, I look for the best. I feel like I got the best available. Trane is a trusted brand and Jeremy did a great job helping me pick the right models for my situation. He explained the pros and cons for the different models and recommended just what I needed. The installation went well and I feel very good about my decision to go with Brothers HVAC. Would highly recommend Brothers!

Came within hour of me calling them. Easy going and professional. Something broke on furnace and wasn't just dirty filter. Took the time to show me what it was and explain cost and easy fix. Very happy with service and highly recommend.

Answered all questions and did a great job! Didn’t take long for them to fix my heater, I couldn’t fined someone that could do the job on my mobile home but they did ! Which is great 👍🏻 Will call back if I ever need to. Very pleased 😄

Easily would be my first recommendation for anyone looking for HVAC needs.

We used them for a natural gas conversion for our furnace. They were right on time very friendly and even repaired a couple things that were done incorrectly by the previous contractor who installed our furnace. Price was fair and service was great.

Jeremy and his guys are always reliable, prompt and professional. I own a few properties and they have helped me from the simple to the complex. From a simple condenser replacement to a while house remodel.

They are there in a pinch and always show up on time!

They are my first call for any hvac related project or any project involving ducting a hood vent, ducting a bathroom fan, ducting a dryer vent and ducting a microwave exhaust. Plus they install all these items too.

Very well rounded group with skills that I thought only previous generations were capable of doing.

These guys will be around for a long time with the work and quality they provide!

Brothers HVAC is phenomenal! We've used them for our AC and heater tune-ups, and they do excellent work. There's no need to look elsewhere!

Had Brothers move three electric heat pump units at a house I'm remodeling. They were very responsive, Jeremy was great with getting the work done around other contractors' schedules and accommodating changes in plans and schedules. HIGHLY recommend Brothers HVAC!

I've worked with several HVAC providers in all my years of home ownership and Brothers HVAC is by far the most reasonable I've seen when it comes to price, but price isn't the only reason I will use them again. Jeremy was on time, knowledgeable, very friendly, and provided great service. I especially appreciated that he could give explanations of what he was doing so that someone like myself who isn't in the HVAC industry can understand it. He also identified typical issues that I might experience with my particular unit so I could keep an eye on it and prevent problems from happening down the road. Awesome service, awesome people. Matt is a super good dude; honest and knows his craft. My AC went out this summer, a day before my child was born. It was hot temps that week and Matt was able to come out and fix it before we arrived home; that says it all right there.

They knew exactly what they were doing. No wasted motion and they communicated everything that needed to be done well to make the decision easier for me. On time for their appointments and everything went smoothly. I could tell my tech knew his stuff. Best of all, they actually answered the phone when I called. No uncertainty of going to voicemail.

Absolutely amazing service. Furnace wasn’t working and todays is below zero. Had a tech here within an hour and diagnosed problem. Unfortunately it was frozen pipes but explained what to do. Friendly, polite, efficient. Would highly recommend!

Brothers HVAC is awesome! Had an issue on a Saturday and Matt came out right away. They are a top notch HVAC company who I use personally and refer professionally to my clients. I can’t say enough about the quality of service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction! Highly recommend!!

My A/C was not cooling. I called to request service mid afternoon and they scheduled it for 9 am the next morning. The serviceman arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He was very professional and followed recommended Covid-19 mask and distance criteria. Repair cost was reasonable and lower than the estimate. I am very pleased!

Amy and everyone at this company has been wonderful to work with. They went over all of our options and made recommendations that were appropriate to us and our situation. They did not try to sell us just for the sake of selling. They even recommended a second company to compare products and prices. They were extremely professional and great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Brothers was great. From the initial phone call and estimate explanation to the installation, everything seemed great! They were friendly, on time, and had a good price point. It truly was a no-hassle experience!

We gave them a call when our furnace went out. We’re a young family, with young kids, and no previous home ownership experience. Honestly, it was an overwhelming experience, but they made it positive (can’t believe I’d say that about my furnace going out). Matt Zuehlke came out within minutes on a weekend when we didn’t have heat for our kids and was so kind. Even taught me a bit about my furnace so I can diagnose if something else fails, to get faster service. Had problems a few days later (it’s 26 years old). He was here in 10 minutes. He’s declared he’ll help us keep it running for now and help us file a claim with our home warranty when the time comes. We feel so taken care and 100% more confident than we did when we moved in here.

I would highly recommend this company. After calling a few other repairs companies and either not getting any response or being told the soonest a repairman could even look at my AC unit was 5 days away, this Brothers said the could try to squeeze me in the same day as I called, and they did. Ther serviceman was very friendly and efficient. Less than an hour after he arrived my AC is working again and the house is cooling off.
