I had an amazing experience with this company's customer service! I called them up because a tenants stove was acting up, and instead of just rushing to schedule an appointment, they actually diagnosed the whole issue with me, the tenant right over the phone. They walked through the problems step-by-step and were able to figure out that the stove was completely done for.

Because they diagnosed it over the phone, they saved me from paying a huge fee just to have a technician drive out to my house to tell me the same thing. I highly recommend them because of their honesty and fairness. They easily could have charged me for a home visit, but they chose to be helpful instead. I am definitely saving their number for any future appliance repairs I might need!

Wow. I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve never stepped foot in the store but I spoke with Eric on the phone just to get some advice on purchasing a new wall oven. His advice was solid, thorough and genuine. It matched what I had found with my own research. But most of all he was willing to take the time to share his knowledge and advice with someone who has never been a customer. This is the type of customer service we need more of. Thank you Eric. If I need repair on my appliances, Fox Cities Appliance Service is who I will go to from now on.
