John came to provide a free estimate of service. He was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. The quote was provided right away the next morning. Any questions via email were answered in a timely manner as well. After choosing to go with his company, they arrived for install exactly when stated and were professional and respectful. The service provided was high quality and they worked efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

If anyone needs a furnace check/maintenance done before winter, don't hesitate to call Anderson Heating and A/C. They are fantastic. And super honest about whether or not you need to replace your system. Last year I had another HVAC company come first and told them before they did anything, that sometimes it took 4-5 times of trying to start before my furnace would kick in and stay on. I have a Trane that is about 25 years old. After the guy cleaned out everything - the jets, air intake, motor, and did all the maintenance, it was working perfectly. The jets were clogged and that is what was causing the starting problem. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new unit, including A/C and told me everything under the sun that was wrong with mine. And that they would send me over an estimate - $12,000.00. I wanted a second estimate so I contacted Anderson Heating. A week later, John Anderson came out and told me that I didn't need a new furnace right now. He said that as long as mine was working fine, I did not need to replace it. He said that I have a Trane, which is one of the best systems on the market, American Standard being #1. Trane is #2. He said I should not worry about replacing it until something goes wrong. And he never charged me for his visit. My furnace ran flawlessly all last winter as did my A/C this past summer, and the tech out here this year to service my furnace said that everything looks good and it should run fine this winter. All I had to do was replace the filter. Saved me a lot of money when I didn't have it saved up. Also, my home warranty will not pay unless something actually happens with my furnace. As long as it is running fine, they will not help pay for a furnace replacement. It has to break down first.

My sister needed a furnace repair after hours on a Friday night. The gentleman who helped us was very kind and knowledgeable. Other HVAC companies don't even answer the phone. Reassuring to know Anderson is ready to help when needed.

I had a warrantied heat exchanger replaced on my Bryant furnace in December. After the replacement my furnace was making a strange sound. I called and they sent someone out within days to check out what was causing the noise. It was something they had not encountered before. John called and told me they stood behind their work and would figure it out. Over a period of weeks, several techs came out to listen to it with a different perspective, and varied experiences in the field, trying different “fixes”. It took awhile but they narrowed it down to a defective replacement heat exchanger, which they replaced once again. They answered every call promptly and responded immediately. I was not charged any more for all of the time they invested in solving the problem. A special thanks to Ricky, who was here several times, treated me with kindness and respect, and just never gave up! I would highly recommend Anderson HVAC.

We had Anderson install a new furnace a d couldn't be happier. John took at least 20 minutes out of his day to talk, explain options, and educate us on furnaces and services they provide. The installation was scheduled 4 days later and was pain free. You definitely get what you pay for and Zach did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Anderson for future tune-ups and repair/replacements.

After calling and calling another HVAC company that would never get back with us, we decided to try Anderson based on their excellent Google reviews. WOW. Kerry was amazing. Very personable and friendly, and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and took care of the problem. After this very positive experience, we will be using Anderson from here on out! Highly recommend. We had Anderson HVAC replace both our furnace and A/C systems. Seamless replacement and overall a very positive experience. They have provided emergency service and annual maintenance in the past for us as well. Their service team has been friendly, timely, professional and just overall great to work with. Great company!
