I left a message on the July 4th. Sammons was closed for the holiday. The next day the 5th I received a call from them at 0730. I was in need of a toilet tank. After talking with the represenative I went with a new taller toilet. The installers called me ahead of time. They came by 0930. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I was very impressed and happy with Sammons. So glad they are here in Oshkosh.

What a team of troubleshooters! In a building with old pipes that are shared by residents, Sammons took the most effective and least disruptive approach to tenants when it came to solving drain issues. There was great communication by every Sammons employee; Luke is a true professional. I highly recommend calling Sammons for your plumbing needs!

I've been using Sammons for all my plumbing needs for at least 10 years, maybe longer. They've taken care of me through a couple of water heater replacements, toilets, fixing leaky showers and other basic plumbing needs at two different houses over the years. They've always been pretty quick to send out their plumbers, emergency issue or not. I've always had good service.

I went to two other plumbing places and no one knew what I needed. Wanted me to go home and get the serial number and make and model from the toilet. Could not find any of that went over to Sammons plumbing the wonderful lady at the desk looked at the parts and said oh that’s a Mansfield, here are the parts you need and my wife and I decided there’s no other place to go but they’re so knowledgeable and kind. Sammons installed a pump in our family cottage 13 years ago and today (a Friday) it stopped. We called at noon and they came over as soon as they were done with lunch and fixed it. Amazing. Our weekend was saved!

Honest people that do good work. They've taken care of our house several times and have done a great job every time, from unclogging drains to installing a gas line for our gas laundry dryer. I would have given them 5 stars except that occasionally they're so busy they forget about my call and I have to call them back days later to get them to come out to the house.

My daughter called and they said the plummer could be there the next day late morning. We understand they are busy and run into problems, but to not call to let her know is poor communication. My daughter did call back at the end of that day and talked to the lady at the shop and she responded that she would call her back. No return phone call that day and a whole day has passed since without a returned phone call. I am very disappointed as my mother used Sammons when she owned her house without problems.
