IHN was recommended by a friend. We used them for a plumbing emergency in our kitchen. They offered to come out same day although we opted for next day. The plumber showed up exactly when I was told and we discussed the issue. He quoted me a price range and give me a time estimate. Once fixed, the price was within the range and he was completed by the time he estimated. Very professional and good quality service. I've had them come back since to give a whole house plumbing quote. I'll use them again the future.

We were without hot water for maybe a week while we were out of town (my son was here and told me we didn't have hot water). Once we got home I tried every conceivable way to get the water heater working but had no luck. I made several phone calls to have my water heater repaired or replaced and was eventually referred to IHN. I called IHN and spoke with Annie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to call her back several times to figure out payment and schedule and she was very patient and courteous with me. She initially scheduled me for the next day but was able to fit me in the same day, which was great to hear considering we had been taking cold showers for a few days. The installer, Doug came out at the scheduled time and was very informative. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and how long it would take. He got it installed in a timely manner and took the old one away. I would definitely and already have recommend IHM.

IHN recently completed a sewer drain line replacement in our late 1960s home. They arrived on schedule and completed the replacment in just over 2 business days. The crew and Jake were all pleasant and very respectful to me, my wife, and our property. They even wore masks. The also built in time to clean up after the work was completed. We highly recommend them and will consider them for any future jobs.

We had a gas leak develop on a Saturday night and our regular HVAC Contractor was unable to get the repair job done. We called the Ihn Company and it was a real team effort. They sent someone over to temporarily fix the problem and then followed up with a permanent fix. We changed companies to Ihn.

Ihn's team took care of our needs professionally, quickly, with high quality and were very clean throughtout their service. A stand-up company with a great crew! If you have plumbing issues, call Ihn! Do it once, do it right, get 'er done!

Ihn did great work on a recent plumbing and foundation job we had them do in our basement. We want to build a nice rec room including a new bathroom in the future, but the space was simply not laid out for it. Ihn came in and said they could move the support posts to clear up space, put in rough plumbing for a future bathroom, move the main plumbing stack, and move the floor drain so it would not be in the middle of the room. This work would have taken us months to get done. Ihn had it done within 4 days. For the plumbing stack – they actually came back the next day after thinking about it as they said they could simply ‘do better.’ I was amazed they did this as it was not something we had requested – they told us they simply weren’t happy with their work after they left and wanted to re-do it. I can’t recommend this company enough. They took a tough job and did it quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Ihn Company was outstanding to work with! From the time Kurt Ihn stopped out to do an estimate on basement drain tile and glass block windows in our 1929 Wauwatosa Bungalow, to the time the crew left the experience was awesome. Everyone was friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable and ensured I was informed about all aspects of the process along the way.

Such a great feeling when you can work with quality local companies, especially when you know they are busy with other customers. I never felt like I was just a number, I always felt like I was their top priority.

Would highly recommend, and have already recommended to my next door neighbor for some work. Will plan to use them in the future for sure!

I had a major sewer problem. It backed up and poured over my AC unit and burnt it out. I was out without sewer and AC on a couple hot days. Jim, Jake and Junior were here the next day. Took care of the issue by digging the yard, add clean out and new liner. Very friendly and professional family owned business. I would highly recommend them.

Have used several of their technicians, and each of them were outstanding. We have counted on their work and have been super pleased! We have 54 kitchenettes and IHN Plumbing have done anything and everything for us, with great speed and efficiency. They have never had to come back, nor have we ever had to call them for the same reason; in other words you can count on them!

We had a collapsed sewage pipe that was causing a backup in our basement, we called Ihn plumbing, and they were out to the house within a couple hours and had the problem diagnosed fixed quickly. Pricing was reasonable, and Mike and Annie were fantastic to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job you have.

I had the Ihn Company out to fix a very minor leak in a length of galvanized pipe we have in our old 1920's Tosa home. Doug was incredibly patient, helpful and courteous, and his workmanship was top notch.

Unfortunately, as is the case with old houses with galvanized pipes, the work must have knocked some rust/corrosion loose, which worked its way up and into our shower, causing a significant decrease in pressure. I called the Ihn Company back on a Sunday morning to let them know, and they sent Doug back out the very next day (Monday). He showed up within the promised time window and had the shower working again in under an hour. He was again very friendly and helpful, even answering my questions and explaining all the stuff he was doing.

Most surprisingly (and graciously), he charged me nothing for the follow-up work. They must have considered it part of the original job. I am in awe of this!! I will definitely use the Ihn Company again.

Our home inspector recommended Jim Ihn and his company, and now that I've used them, I would recommend them to anyone else in need of a plumber. Thank you!!!

We had Ihn replace our interior drain tile system and sump pumps. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They gave us plenty of warning about when the job would be done so that we were able to get our basement prepped for inevitable mess. They did a great job sealing the area as best they could as well. Each day they made sure to let us know what had been done and what was going to be done the following day. They were also able to send someone over within just a few hours of calling to replace some broken plumbing when our home warranty servicer was going to charge too much. We would absolutely recommend them for plumbing/foundation repairs.

Ihn repaired a crack in our foundation about a year ago, great results and experience with their whole team. Kurt came to our house and let us know our options and quoted us a fair price for the work needed - plus you can’t beat the warranty! They were professional, cleaned everything up after they were done, and followed up afterwards to see how things were. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for anything foundation or plumbing related. Would highly recommend!

My water heater failed. Contacted Inh and they were able to send someone same day to quote me on a new one. Signed quote and they had someone out next day to install. Exceptional service and provided a water heater that is currently rated #1. Very professional and left area better than when they came. Definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

Ihn quickly and expertly diagnosed the cause of our clearwater seepage and replaced the original drain tile in half of our basement... connecting it to the functioning system and sump pump in the other half of our basement. We highly recommend Ihn for its expertise, quality and efficient work, and fair pricing. We also had Ihn complete some unrelated plumbing work, and our assigned plumber was punctual, friendly, and an expert at his trade. Again, very fairly priced. If you need basement|foundation|plumbing work done, you only need to contact Ihn.

We needed our sewer lateral repaired so I called IHN to find out about their CIPP Lining. I spoke with Annie, she was such a pleasure to talk with. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and arranged to have someone come out to talked to us in a couple days.Greg came and explain the whole process and gave us an estimate right away. He was very honest and knowledgeable.The crew showed up the next week and did a great job. they were professional, friendly ,and efficient. they also replaced an old cast iron sewer pipe in the basement that was cracked and didn't have to tear out the wall which was awesome! very pleased with their work and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing work we may need, or basement repair GREAT JOB BY EVERYONE INVOLVED!! P.S. they also have a great website

Had a leak appear in our basement suddenly while having the basement finished. Contacted another company and they blew us off. Out of desperation I contacted IHN on a Saturday and one of their on-call technicians (Mike) called my husband and walked through some techniques to troubleshoot the issue. Ultimately, over the phone they were able to determine that the problem was coming from a sliding glass door in the kitchen and not the basement walls thus saving us time and money. If. anything arises I plan to use this company in the future. Thank you Ihn!

I had a great experience with IHN Plumbing, especially Annie, who I spoke with multiple times on the phone. She was incredibly helpful and very kind. Annie helped me with all of my questions and worked with me on any concerns I had. IHN was able to send someone out to my house the following day and when Jake arrived he explained everything that he was going to do. After evaluating the situation with my floor drains, he clearly explained what IHN could do to help me. Jake is very knowledgeable and I was confident that he was giving me good information. IHN sent out a crew within a day or two and worked on clearing my floor drains. Unfortunately my cast iron pipes needed to be replaced so IHN came back in a couple days to replace the pipes. They showed up on time and finished the same day. I am very pleased with IHN Company and I highly recommend them.
