Our carpet hasn’t been cleaned in several years, and it showed! Carpets look much brighter now, free of pet stains, and we’re excited to know we won’t be breathing in all the dust that has settled in there- especially as we prepare to be indoors all winter. Very reasonable and effective. Will be using again!

Charles did an amazing job on our sectional couch and large area rug! With two kids and three pets he made the couch and carpet look almost new! Would highly recommend.

The service I received from Becker's was wonderful; I'm so pleased with cleanliness of my 15+ year old carpet. The price was very reasonable & the service was timely.
I even received a follow up call from the business owner a couple days after the cleaning to see if I was satisfied with the service.

He may be a good carpet cleaner, however after having conversations with him on the phone I decided to go with another company. His tone was not very professional and had asked to cancel our appointment 2 days beforehand because he had picked up other jobs. It seems apartments are his primary customer, so may be well suited for that.
