After my furnace went out, they went above and beyond to get to me fast. With the temperature dropping so fast, they offered portable heaters to help keep my home warm until the job was completed. Mike was the tech that came to my home, ahead of schedule, and got my furnace fixed in no time.
I can't thank them enough for being so kind to answer all my questions and get to me so fast!

From request for a service call, through diagnostic visit, providing an estimate of time and cost, through scheduling and final installation, I was kept fully informed, had my questions answered fully and with the authority of one who is intimately familiar with the product and process. The price was fair, the work was done more rapidly than I expected and clean up was effected beyond my expectations. I was pleased with the people who came, the office personnel who handled my calls and contacts and the work that was performed. The new boiler has been working beautifully ever since installation.

I had my furnace serviced by Mike Madison from AirTech today. Mike is very polite and professional. He completed my service in a reasonable amount of time. Fees were very reasonable.

Had to have our furnace replaced after 30 years. Called Air Tech. They replaced it. Could not of asked for a nicer group of people to work with. From the office staff in both Ripon and Fond du Lac. To the technicians who came out first and tried to fix the old furnace. To technicians who installed the new furnace. They were all Rock Stars. True customer service is alive and well at Air Tech Heating. They knocked it out of the park!!! Highly recommend them.

There were many vendors in the Ripon Area to service the HVAC needs that I had for the 96 year old home I purchased in 2009. I was looking to replace an oil fed radiator heating system and discuss with the local vendors solutions on how to heat/cool a 2800 sq.ft house.

AirTech Heating proposed the best solution and most cost-effective at the time (and they were not in Ripon but Fond du Lac). They are now a great resource to have locally 10 years later. Usually their maintance plan covers service to your furnance and AC units; however, in my situation, I have 2 furnaces (one in the basement supplying the first floor, and one in the attic supplying the second floor) and 2 AC units supplying each floor as well.

The furnace in the basement is 95% efficient, while the attic one is 98% efficient. The furnace blower in the basement has been changed out twice in 10 years, and only minor maintance to the attic furnace. This year was the first year in 10 years that I needed a tech out to add some pounds of Puron into my AC Units. Otherwise, I have been very happy with AirTech Heating and the "Bryant" Brand that is supplying heat and AC for our home. I would highly recommend this company and the products they provide.

On a side note, the techs initially worked with my back in 2009-10 to also install all new duct work for the supply of the forced air units and the returns too.

I'm super glad I called! Mike came out & was super kind. Explained alot of things to me as I was a first time central air owner. Cleaned my absolute mess of an external unit really well. Will definitely keep their # for service & emergencies. Inspected/cleaned my heating unit as well, and cleaned up after himself. I am very grateful for his time & knowledge.

I initially contacted the after hours service on Christmas Eve 2025. My phone call was returned a short time later on the same day. I was located in Texas at the time. The staff was professional and provided expert advice related to the house located in WI and the upcoming weather, as the residence was not occupied at the time. They outlined a plan which was centered around common sense and the best bang for the dollar in scheduling a technician to respond and troubleshoot the heat related issue. Air Tech was recommended to me as a trustworthy and skilled HVAC business and I found this to be accurate and true.

We had a boiler repair completed today. 1.19.26. Noticed an issue over the weekend, submitted a request for service and was called Monday morning. Was lucky to have a technician available that morning for repair. Excellent friendly service. Technician explained the issue every step of the way and provided education on the boiler and what to expect for normal service and use. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the quick response and repair.
