They communicated great, were honest, on time and made sure everything worked the way it should when they left. They installed a new AC unit for us. They were the cheapest that we quoted in the area and did a great job. I would use them again.

Would highly recommend! Our furnance needed help on a cold day and they were the only ones who could come right away. They were here with in an hour, parts in hand and got us back up and running in an hour. Courteous and professional service guy too!

I just hired Baybrookes to do a fairly large commercial project in a 100 year-old building. I met with four vendors in total, and Brett (from Baybrookes) was the most prompt in terms of getting back a detailed proposal for all three phases. The price was fair and so far, communications have been good.

Update: First job finished! A basement furnace with exposed spiral ductwork and some challenging masonry work to get gas lines and the main return customized. Bailey and "Silent Mike" did excellent work and were very personable and knowledgeable about their craft. This project turned out even better than I had hoped. (I'll be adding pictures soon when more of the remodel is done.)

As an aside, I like to visit their office in Sauk City in person, because you get to meet with their two office dogs, Oakley and Turbo. They're very friendly, just like their humans.

Bailey was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC quickly. I called yesterday and he was here today. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable my bill was and I will be calling Baybrookes for any/all of my heating and cooling needs.👍🏻👍🏻

Just had our heater and attached humidifier serviced today and in the spring we had our A/C serviced and filter replaced. They are simply the best! They are professional, reasonable, friendly, thorough, conscientious, and so knowledgeable! We are in the best possible hands with BayBrookes H&C!

We had to call after hours as our furnace was not heating. Mike took the call and was at our house very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had the problem diagnosed in no time at all. After he completed repairs, he checked every unit that used nat gas in our home to ensure everything was 100%. He was very personable and knows his craft. Wouldn’t hesitate to call BayBrookes again should we need help.

The first time I called BayBrookes Heating & Cooling was the summer of 2017, not long after I moved into my current home.

They're a well known company in this area, and the previous homeowners recommended them (Pro Tip - when you move, leave a binder with local recommendations like this for the new owner)

While I've been satisfied with the service, speed of response, and cost of having BayBrookes come to maintain, repair, and replace things as they've reached the end of their lifespan - I feel there's a more important reason I suggest BayBrookes to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company. Integrity.

On multiple occasions, when they've come to perform routine maintenance (which I highly recommend) or troubleshoot an issue, the BayBrookes techs have given me advice that has alllowed me to plan for future expenses, shared tips to extend the life of my HVAC system and components, and shared ideas that have kept problems from occurring. Even when they could have made a sale by recommending that something be replaced sooner than it ended up needing to be.
