Had the pleasure to have Colin from Thielmann group come for my furnace tune-up.
He was very knowledgeable, professional, and most important friendly. He finished the job efficiently answered all of my questions and was truly pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend The Thielmann Group and specialy Colin Bollman for those who need furnace service.

Jake arrived within the window I was given. He was polite and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Before he left I had a quote for the repairs and he was able to call the office to send an additional employee who will give us a quote for replacing our furnace.

Benjamin Green and his crew replaced our furnace today. There guys are an outstanding professional crew. Benjamin clearly explained the processes. I have had great service and interactions with the local Thielmann management, support staff, and installers. I highly recommend you check them out if you need any heating or air conditioning service.

Shane did a great job for us. We appreciated his attention to detail, to the point where he knew we were burning candles by looking at the furnace filter. I replace my filter every 3 months and had just replaced it a few weeks ago, so wouldn’t have checked/ replaced it till February. But, when Shane checked, the filter was totally black, caused by the burning of candles. Something I wasn’t aware off. Thanks for the save, Shane!

Aaron was very clear when explaining the air duct cleaning process, noise level, time to completion, etc. When finished he even took the time to walk me through where he found the most buildup and he answered all of my questions. I have utilize Thielmann for both heating and cooling and have found them to be timely, always professional, efficient in clean up and install and very easy to work with.

Had a 25 year-old A.O. Smith water heater replaced by Thielmann Group. Able to come out to my home and replace old water heater within 24 hours. Eric and Branden did an awesome job. I was contacted early morning when they would arrive with the new unit. They prep my house to avoid any mess and cleanup was perfect. I have no complaints or concerns regarding their professional work.
This is a trusted company that I’ve used for years for a furnace and air-conditioning replacement .

Thanks to Thielmann Group for the prompt and efficient service call that we received this past Friday. Josh Van Den Hout provided excellent customer service! He walked me through the steps of how to change the filter on our April Air system as I had issues with it after I thought I could change it. He was very respectful when I asked questions and made sure I understood how it worked and explained the entire Carrier Infinity System functions in a manner that I understood. I gained some extra knowledge about the system that will be helpful in the future. I also learned some safety information that I did not know. Josh made a suggestion about the new payment plan option that I signed up for. It will save money on future service. When he was finished with the job I felt better about the error I made, and I learned something. Plus, he cleaned up any mess that was made! I am a very satisfied Thielmann customer.

Benjamin Green did a great job installing my furnace and humidifier. Both guys were very proficient and were able to answer any questions I had. The work was done in a timely manner and was excellent. Jim Kurtz

Nick from Thielmann was here today due to a heat outage during the night. He was here super fast, he's extremely knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for repairs at a really reasonable price.

Ron is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable HVAC technicians I've met. In addition, he has a most pleasant personality and calm demeanor.

Called with an issue regarding the heat not working the lower level of my house. Office staff was very sweet. Scheduled appointment for Rich to come diagnose the issue. He figured it out right away and ordered the part. Rich was very personable and respectful.
Follow up a week later with part to replace and after a quick install, heat is working in the basement again!

Been using Thielmann for years and never disappointed. Nicolas Held did a service call during this frigid weather for us. He arrived at the stated time and was very efficient and friendly. Also explained everything that he was doing and what he found!! Highly recommend!

Thielmann & Sons came out to service the furnace they installed for an annual maintenance check. Shane Peck was the technician who is a very knowledgeable and courteous young man. Upon completion, he explained what required adjusting. He also explained a wonderful service program which we signed up for. We certainly would like to have Mr. Peck as our permanent technician! Thank you.

Long story, short, I wasn’t able to call about our furnace not working until 2 PM. When I called the office, they were able to get somebody there by 2:45, it would be a standard service call fee. Bryan showed up right at 2:45! I told him my frustration and apologized if I was being short or snippy in anyway. He was fast, efficient, and explained everything in Layman's terms. I highly recommend Bryan, and both my dogs love him!

Kevin at the New Berlin location of Theilmann Heating did an excellent job servicing our boiler heating system! It was outstanding service from the time of my setting the appointment. Kevin called to let us know he was on his way, he showed us what he was doing which was a very thorough tune up, cleaning burners etc. Five star all the way Kevin! We are a long time Thielmann customer. We just had our yearly service with Bryan Petzold who has been helping take care of our heating and cooling needs for some time. He did a thorough job as always and what we have always looked forward to with Thielmann. He noticed an issue, before it became a shutdown in the middle of winter, and ordered parts for us. We will have our new parts installed before the old ones fail. Great job Bryan and great job Thielmann team!

Had some issues with our furnace not warming up the upper portion of our house. Josh came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very detailed with what options we had to correct the issue. He wasn’t out to make a big sale. Which is very appreciated. Josh is a very great tech with a lot of great knowledge in the HVAC industry. Hopefully we can get our issue resolved. Thanks again Josh!

My heat was out on the coldest day of the year and they were at my house within 15 min of my initial call. Temporarily got it working and replaced my furnace within the same week. They were friendly, professional, prompt, clean, and efficient! I think their prices were reasonable and I got a high quality product! I would highly recommend!!

Shane arrived promptly and I will say he is a very professional and dedicated technician. Shane is very polite and explained exactly what he was here to do and accomplished his task very quickly.
Following our service he told us exactly what he did and we are very satisfied. We have always been happy with the professionalism and dedication of everyone connected with Theilman and Sons and will continue to do so.
