Great service and experience! Very professional

I had a rental property where the tenants had vacated and completely trash the place. Francisco had it cleaned up in no time! I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire operation, and as hard as he worked he always made time to keep me updated through phone calls and text messages. I would highly recommend these guys!!

I used Environmental LLC when selling my home. My daughter called Francisco and within a week he had cleaned out the entire house, garage, and yard. Did a deep clean to the interior of the house and dry locked the basement and painted. Incredibly reasonable rates and professional. Would absolutely recommend, especially for large, overwhelming jobs.

Environmental Solutions was a God send for me. 10 years of clutter overwhelmed me and I felt powerless to take control without help. I had gotten a local quote that was double the quote of Environmental Solutions. It was a no brainer once I met Francisco. He didn't judge my situation and offered the help I needed deconstructing my mess. His crew was courteous and nonjudgemenal as well. As with many projects, they can turn out to have more work involved. My pets had damaged the carpets so badly they all had to be removed and the floors sealed. Francisco worked with me on arranging follow up dates that worked for me to get the job done. I am pleased with his services and am now free of my clutter. Thank you to Francisco and his teams hard work in helping taking this part of my life back. I am so grateful that Environmental Solutions is out there helping other people to do the same.

Fransisco is fantastic -- highly recommended. We needed help cleaning out a house with decades of dirt and junk and we had to set it all up from across the country. Francisco was very helpful setting up everything remotely and scheduled the work for when we could be on-site. The whole project went very smoothly, and just as he described in advance. We would absolutely use Fransisco again should the need arise!

They saved my life. I needed my apartment cleaned right away or I was in danger of being evicted. Francisco was very kind and was able to shuffle things around to get my apartment done. The people who came to clean were fast, friendly, sensitive, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough about this business. I have used them 3 times and have always been thoroughly satisfied. They are the best cleaning business in the city. The cleaners are professional, pay attention to details, respectful of your belongings, work quickly and thoroughly and are the most friendly people you'd ever want cleaning your home. We had a situation that was slowly growing into a hoarding situation after a string of medical issues. We really needed help to deep clean, get garbage out and organize the clutter so that the house was safe to live in and move around in with a walker.

Environment Solutions did an absolutely wonderful job making the house livable and healthy again. Even beyond that, though, they were unbelievably KIND. Being in this kind of situation can be embarrassing... but we were shown so much understanding and compassion.

It only took them 2 days to do what would've taken us a month, minimum, with a LOT of help from friends and family. Both days the staff came in with warm smiles and friendly words. They worked SO HARD and so fast and got into all the nooks and crannies behind furniture and appliances. They even got our window air conditioner filter. Their attitudes were so pleasant to be around and they made an extremely stressful situation that we had been putting off for a year into a super positive, comfortable experience. I honestly wish we would've bit the bullet and had them come in earlier.

The owner is a fabulously kind and congenial man. His prices are super fair and he was very up front during the estimate. Francisco went above and beyond to make this as comfortable and stress free of an experience as possible and was extremely sensitive and attentive to our needs and concerns.

I cannot say enough kind words about the service we received. This is literally a life changer for everybody in this home and words cannot express our gratitude.

Francisco & his Team were professional, efficient, easily accessible, compassionate, & very thorough. The prices were reasonable. Let me explain. Francisco conducted an onsite evaluation within 2 days of my call, immediately emailed a detailed invoice, & scheduled the deep clean 3 days later. Francisco maintained regular contact via text message, phone call, or email (depending on the urgency), Flexible payment plan. The Team treated the customer with dignity (despite living conditions). Equally important to all of the above, the cleaning was above expectations. The residence was cleaned & anything that did not move was disinfected & sanitized.

Had a horrible experience with someone from there sales team, had to call the police on them. Stay far away from this company. They seem dangerous!
