We were in a pickle with our undersized decrepit unit. Clark Heating/Cooling were very prompt and knowledgeable. They were able to install the correct size furnace and AC the next day. We are lifetime customers!

Clark has done two projects for us, now, and we are 100% satisfied! The first project was huge and involved purchasing and installing a new furnace in an entirely new location from the old furnace. They removed the old furnace and reworked the ductwork. They were fast, efficient and everything was spotless when they finished. Additionally, their price was significantly lower than other bids. When we asked why they were so much lower (because, of course, we were suspicious!) the simple answer was "it doesn't need to cost that much." Our new furnace/AC works perfectly (we've had it both summer and winter, now). We recently had them back to add ductwork to a basement remodel. Again--fast, efficient, spotless and the price was competitive. Love these folks!

Outstanding customer service as always!! Called at 7:30 AM on a cold Sunday morning in February. NO HEAT! I received a call back within 15 minutes and Jeremy was at the house by 11 AM and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. I love small town service! Called them and set up appointment for 9:30-10 am Monday. They came early. We had Clay look at air conditioner. I thought we had a leak. Found out it was setting on the blower fan. Clay stayed to see if everything was working correctly. Very polite and respectful. Great quality. Will definitely have them again.

Prompt, courteous and an eye for detail. The crew did an impeccable job at removing a 20 year old A/C and Furnace from my home and replacing it with all brand new equipment. They were in and out in no time, and made sure I was aware of what was going on the entire time due to all the unexpected twists and turns of installing it in such an old house. Amazing service, I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
