Had a furnace issue on one of the coldest days in January. The guy came by within an hour of the phone call and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He was very courteous and wore a mask. He also gave a lot of great education on what I can do to keep the furnace running well

Had my furnace quit working and it is -11 degrees outside. Called and within 1 hour Hunter was here to figure out the problem. He throughly explained what was wrong and had us up and running in about an hour.

We received three bids to replace our old air conditioner and furnace. Mike, at Olson Heating, provided the most detailed explanation of the equipment and the process. He also gave us the best price. On installation day, the crew was on-time, super polite (funny!), efficient and really considerate about noise and clean up. We contacted Mike the day after the installation about a minor issue. It was resolved early the next morning. It's clear great service and integrity are priorities for Mike and his team. I won't hesitate to call Olson Heating to take care of any of our HVAC needs.

We recently had a larger HVAC company in the Madison area try to trick us into thinking that the primary heat exchanger on our furnace was bad and that we needed an immediate replacement. We called Olson as a second opinion, who took the time to explain to us what was likely going on with our furnace and who assured us our furnace still has life to it. PLUS Olson’s quote for a new furnace was $2k less than the big company. We will not be hiring an HVAC company other than Olson for as long as we’re in the Stoughton area. Do your research - read the reviews!

I woke up at 3:30am this morning and found my house at 50 degrees. All my usual tricks and google searches wouldn't work so I began calling all 10 of the first places that came up. Mike was the first to respond to me before 4am and by 7am he was at my house. By 7:50am he had it working along with some other long term recommendations.

Great folks to work with - provided me with a few different options, and given the age of our furnace we decided to go with a new one. Provided information on the different options, prices, and benefits of the various models.

Set install date - was on time, communicative, friendly, and answered any questions I threw their way. After install went through the completed install in detail, set up the warranty information for the furnace, and left the work area perfectly clean.
