It has been 19 years since Ground Affects created our landscape. They installed beautiful lannon stone walls, brick pavers at our front door, and planted numerous trees, shrubs and perennials. Each year they return to do a spring clean up for us and have given us the same friendly and professional service they started with all those years ago. Tom and his team are honest and dependable, and that is why we’ve continued to recommend them to many of our family and friends through the years.

I have been dealing with ground affects for 10 years and my experience with them in the lawn care as well as patio design has been exceptional. Very courteous staff and have recommended them to anyone who needs help with design and lawn care. A pleasure to be a customer.

I live two hours away from my parents, due to health issues they need to be able to get to set appointments during the week and on snowy days I never have to worry about if this will be a challenge for them. My wife and I had a mess of a yard after having (2) new wells put in.
I contacted Ground Affects to get an estimate on having final grading and seeding done to fix the mess that was left behind.

From start to finish of the process I was impressed with Tom and his team.

To start with, Tom showed up on time to our estimate appointment. After estimate he gave us a timeframe that his crew would be available to get the work done, and it was done right in that timeframe. The crew was also great to deal with. Showed up on time, did great work, and were very nice.

I would recommend Ground Affects without hesitation and will be contacting them for future projects.

Very pleased! Bryan came out quickly for the estimate, explained it would be a 3 month wait, which it was, but understandable since we contacted them in July. Bryan kept in close contact as the time approached. Dave and his team did an excellent job, replacing a couple trees, several bushes, trimming up for fall, and sprucing up the place with mulch. Looks great! Tanya in the office always pleasant and responsive. Highly recommended!

As a long time customer we were told that our distance from their business and staffing issue made it impossible to service us in 2023. My husband had heart bypass surgery in March 2023. We called asking if they could still service our lawn in 2024 while he healed. They agreed to do that in 2024. They always call before coming as was our request. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THAT THEY ARE TAKING GREAT CARE OF OUR YARD THIS YEAR.

We found Brian and Ground Affects online and chose them because they were a local company with 5 star reviews. We’d like to add another! Brian and his crew are very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and industrious. Our project included pulling mountainous weeds between landscaping walls and redoing an old pond area. We’d later add a redo of an old brick patio area; no problem! These men were very attentive to our requests and made sure that their equipment and supplies did not hamper our comings and goings or adversely affect other areas of our property. I think we saw Brian, the project manager, daily as he checked on their progress. By the time they were finished, our lawn, which had been damaged by their equipment, had been repaired to our satisfaction and our beautiful new patio drained away from the house. The project turned out better than we had envisioned! FIVE STARS !!

These folks are incredibly good. Highly professional. Always on time. Affordable. They have taken care of our lawn for several years. Weed control and fertilization. Our lawn is beautiful due to their expertise. We also had Tom and his crew build a stone patio and a retaining wall at our residence. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Very creative competent craftsmen.

The Ground Affects Landscaping crew just finished our paver/yard project. It's the second time we've worked with them. Once again a great experience with their design and quality of workmanship and great crew.

Tom, Tonya, Bill, and the entire Ground Affects crew are great to work with. They are willing to work around our baseball game schedules, which at times is difficult, but they are happy to do whatever it takes to keep our field looking great.
