Josh came out and took care of an issue with my wood boiler. He arrived in a very timely and professional manner and took care of the issues I was having straight away. I felt what I paid was very fair for the work he had done and I’ll definitely be using him to service my AC this summer!

A huge thank you to Josh and Meghan for teamwork. On short notice Meghan relayed my emergency work order to Josh. It only took a few minutes to be grateful for their knowledge and care. Josh was thorough and efficient while identifying my faulty thermostat. He re-started the relatively new furnace, then recommended safeguards for my heating system. Josh explained all this in terms I could understand. This unplanned afternoon produced positive outcome, respect for an expert who loves his work…and gave me new learning.

Great company! I called about a furnace problem I was having. They put me on the schedule right away. However, when I told them the noises that were coming from the furnace. They said they should come right away and they did. Got a few mice out of the furnace and it works great now. If they didn’t come out that quickly I would be buying a new furnace. I always use them.

I cannot thank Josh and his team enough for their help with our heating system. For the first time in 20 years, I feel like I have an amazing Heating contractor that knows what they are doing, has expertise in their practice and gives you honest and trustworthy recommendations.

We called Cabin Comfort with a poor performing boiler, after not hearing back from many contractors found on-line as well as the guy who put our boiler in our home. They were quick to respond and sent over Josh to take a look. Immediately he was professional and started to diagnose our issues. Within a few minutes he recognized what need to be done and gave me an estimate and a timeline.

What happened next is where Josh went above and beyond...our heating system was in bad shape, and we were staying at our home for the next few weeks with very cold weather. Even though he recognized this would be a big project, he graciously said he would tackle the job the next day. (Saturday) I couldn’t believe my ears. He showed up early the next day, and got started….then when he discovered our system was even worse than suspected due to years of having “other” contractors service our system poorly, he brought another tech and they tackled our system until it was completed.

I am so Thankful that I got a referral from several happy customers and now they have one more happy customer that will provide Cabin Comfort as a referral as often as I can. If you are still reading this testimonial, stop looking any further. You have the best team in the Northwoods and I would say the Midwest.

What an incredible company! Amazing service! We decided to put air conditioning into our cabin and we needed a new heater too. Josh and Thor arrived on time and worked diligently and fast.

Very happy with the service. Thor did a great job and and was quick. Customer service was great and any issues I had were handled very professionally. Can't ask more out of a company. I did have a part that should have been under warranty but the 3ed party company wants to be a trash company and won't even look at it due to staffing and its $1050 that ive just given up. Will never get anything IBC on customer service alone. I world highly recommend cabin comfort. Very nice working with this company. Thank you 5 stars for cabin comfort. -5 for the 3ed party suppliers. They really need to look into some decent values.
