A respected neighborhood name growing up, and when my AC went out Keystone is the only name that came to mind! Rep came out right away and my 30+ year old unit was replaced within the week! Thank you guys for working in the heat so I can be cool, much appreciated!! See you in the fall!

My husband and I are new home owners and when we smelled gas in our basement, we were extremely nervous (mostly me). We called at 11:00PM the night before and Greg came out the next morning! He was super kind, intelligent, and diligent! He was very informative on what to look out for and what we needed to know for our first home. He even gave us advice on how to get a more affordable service before taking bigger measures when he could have just taken more money from us. I really appreciated him and will definitely recommend him to anyone!

When I called Keystone heating and cooling about a problem I was having they had a service tech here within 24 hours. Which was perfect timing for me. The service tech, Adam, was extremely polite, very efficient, diagnosed the problem quickly, and resolved it for me. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from them last year because I knew they provided this type of service. They are so easy to work with. Most of all, I trust them. I highly recommend Keystone heating and cooling.

I would like to thank Keystone hvac and especially Adam. He is a great technician. Very pleasant and knowledgeable on repairing my pool heat pump. Keystone Co. was great, they came within two days after calling to replace my furnace while cold weather was setting in. Many thanks to all.
Tech Adam was on time and very accomplished with his expertise on installing the new furnace. He explained how the furnace works with it being a 2 phase, our old one was a single phase.
Again thank you Keystone Co. for keeping us warm.

We are always pleased with Keystone. This year, for our annual A/C check Cody was the technician. He was very helpful, polite , and patient with my questions regarding our Ecobee. He wanted to educate us even thou it took more time for his call. He is an exceptional employee.
