They gave us a very accurate estimate, answered all of our questions (yes there were probably too many on our part) and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. The installers were competent and courteous; they left the area they worked on very tidy. We highly recommend them.

Adam and Logan did an exemplary job replacing knob and tube wiring to the fixtures on the main floor of our house. Very quick, with minimal wholes needed to run the wires. Strongly recommend!

In my present residence for over three years, I have called upon The Electrician on several occasions to either enhance the home's service or to replace old, faulty components. Each time, staff are superb in their manner and in their assistance. I relied on them just today, and they quickly diagnosed the problem behind a faulty light circuit and made the necessary fix in short order. Fabulous.

Last month we needed some electrical work done in conjunction with replacing our water heater. Due to a miscommunication, the initial work done by a different company ended up being insufficient for getting our new hot water heater fully up and running when the plumber installed on a Thursday morning. Unfortunately, our follow-up calls and emails to the initial electrician went unanswered, and as we fretted on that Friday afternoon about the prospect of having no hot water through the weekend (after already going one day without in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic), we called The Electrician on the recommendation of a friend. The folks at The Electrician were friendly and responded very promptly, sending a guy out just a few hours later, adding us on at the end of his Friday on a lovely, late spring afternoon. Much to our relief, he easily navigated our no-contact situation and made quick work of completing the wiring and making the connections so that our hot water was back in working order. We've learned our lesson - The Electrician, Inc will be our FIRST call next time.

We had an outlet that stopped working. Scott came out and did some superb troubleshooting and ended up locating a wire behind the wall that a mouse had chewed into that shorted out the circuit. Scott was very timely, knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent to work with, was very thorough and found time to schedule us on very short notice because they already had an appointment in our area. Appointment was originally just intended as an assessment of work that would need to be done, but found enough time to complete the work and avoid charging us for a second visit. Highly Recommend.

Shawn from the Electrician, Inc is one of the most helpful, professional people I have ever worked with. He worked with not only me, but also my condo association to install an EV charger in our parking garage.
