They were quick to return my call. My issue wasn't time sensitive and they were very willing to work with me on scheduling so that it was convenient on my end. Sheldon Plumbing has always been timely with great service at reasonable cost. We have used them for 2 faucet installations, a water softener installation, and a sump pump installation.

Sump pump failed but Sheldon plumbing saved the day! Mike was over within 2 hours of my call, replaced the sump and helped me contact a company to clean up the rest of the damage. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and a great dose of encouragement in a bad situation.

I had to use their after hours emergency service. Mike came over right away and solved the problem very quickly. He was honest with me and his prices are very fair. I have been looking for a go to plumber in the Madison/Verona area for several years. Now thanks to Sheldon Plumbing, I have finally found one.

Sheldon Plumbing is THE ONLY plumbing company I will call again. They are fair, honest, and do tremendous work. Very responsive and seem to always do what's right for the customer. I had worked with another company in the past and did not have a good experience, so I was nervous about the whole job. I noticed my water tank had a slow leak coming out of the bottom (no surprise that after 14 years it was probably time) over the weekend and called Sheldon Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They were able to provide me with a estimate of how much the new heater and all costs were going to be right over the phone. They were able to schedule me for the very next morning. The technician was timely in his arrival, very professional and kept a tidy workspace. He took his time to ask questions and explain the work that he would have to do. I couldn't be any happier with the service on all fronts!
