Matt helped us in a pitch by using their charger to charge our battery. What a friendly crew. Office secretary was very pleasant, Matt’ s mother wouldn’t take anything for their kindness, told me to pay it forward, went back to our van, tried to give Matt money and he said donate it in the collection plate at church. Thank you so very much 😊

Horrible company to do business with. They won't work with you on pick up arrangements. Never answer at their office. Driver was extremely rude! Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They are a horrible company!!!!

I wanted to support a local business and one close to home so I reached out to Navis. They seemed very eager to give me a bid and take on my project. When the time came to start, I stopped receiving emails, and call backs. When I stopped in the office to see what was up, my paperwork got handed off a couple times to different people and then I got a load of excuses of the project needing to be postponed. Talking to other excavation companies to get a new bid they all had the same response " Navis is known for doing that when they don't want to take on a job " I took my project to a different company who wanted my business and stayed in communication with me. Sadly the best price and service was from out of town. It's unfortunate that Navis just couldn't be honest with me from the start and wasted my time and my contractors time, waiting for answers for weeks into a month. I lost all respect for this company, but found a much a better one to work with and recommend to others out of the situation.
