Bought my first house 3 weeks ago and my furnace broke on one of the coldest day this year I called done right air and they were at my house in no time and fixed the problem they were very polite and professional I would recommend to anyone who asks

I called him around 9 pm because my heat went out in my business he was at the shop an hour he got it working till the next morning till he could get the new part and was done around 11 am and he was very reasonable on the price a lot cheaper the other technicians I’ve called A+++ I would recommend this company to my friends and family

I am beyond pleased to have worked with the owner Ziad , and one of his technicians Saif who came out to work on our AC asap! In just one day they installed a new AC system. Both very knowledgeable and Ziad really made me feel at ease to know he would not only give me a solution but a permanent solution to our issue.

The service that was provided was nothing short of perfect. Saif got to our home and quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. We had a bad thermostat and got it replaced. He also took the time to inform me about proper hvac maintenance. Done Right Air will be our go to for any of our HVAC needs going forward.

Very fast and friendly service. We were having issues heating/cooling our second floor. We were able to call and have next day service! Part only took a few days to come in and they fixed it in no time. Wonderful company and will highly recommend to anyone.

I have been using Done Right for several years at my residence and business and they are awesome. It’s really nice these days for a company to answer calls and or follow up on messages. I can honestly say I have never been without heat or air for any length of time because they have always come out to remedy the problem. If you owe a business then you know how important it is. Also I l love how transparent they are about the problem and the repair that is needed. Enough information has always been given to me so that I could make a decision on repair or replace. Sometimes replacing a unit is better and less expensive in the long run but i could make my decision based on accurate info but if a repair is done it is done correctly. Nothing worse than having repair people having to return because they diagnosed the problem wrong. I have had a lot of HVAC companies in the past and Done right by far is the best I have used! Whether it’s the owner Ziad or his awesome technician Eddie they will make sure it’s “ Done Right”!
