I called Tuesday afternoon with my water heater needing replaced. He showed up at 7am Wednesday morning and replaced it in an hour. Even rerunning my gas pipes to be ran better. Fair pricing and fast work. Couldn't ask for anything better

I needed a plumber ASAP, with only one toilet, and it’s clogged!
Russ changed his schedule to get to us, 10 minutes and here he was!
Excellent job, friendly, informative, and reasonable! There aren’t many people who
will go out of there way to help like Russ did!! It’s wonderful to have a working

Wow. A plumber who actually called me back!! Had our broken front and back yard faucets replaced. Russ laid out several options so we could weigh the risks and benefits against our financial constraints. I have to say he did not push for any one specific plan of attack. In the end we opted for new faucets rather than trying to repair the twenty year old existing ones. We're happy. Our plants are happy. The new faucets are waaaaay better than what was there originally. Thanks Russ! You are our new family plumber! Deborah K., West Bend

I called around 9 am to discuss a clogged toilet at my house. I had tried to plunge it myself; but the water level rose to the rim and didn’t recede an inch. Even after a day. He called before arriving to give me heads up, was quick and efficient. He was polite and courteous. I don’t know how he was able to unclog it, but he fixed it quickly.

He was able to recommend a different plunger brand that should work better in the future. I would strongly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Russ is a great plumber. He's quick to reply and figure out the problem, gets in & out fast with minimal interruption, and does quality work for a great price. He fixed my leaky bathtub and replaced my water heater. Both are working good without complaint!

Morning leaving on vacation, found a water on the basement floor. Found a leak on a copper pipe. No time to call anyone -we turned off the house water and had to leave. Once at our destination, we called Russ and asked if he could fix it, not knowing what we would come home to. Russ had everything fixed and send pics of his work in just a day- So lucky to know this company. Great guy - you cannot go wrong.

Woke up with water on the ground around my 20 year old water heater. I called Russ, gave him the model number of the heater I had, a few pictures and within 1 hour he re-adjusted his whole days schedule in order to replace my unit. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone. Great service and great guy!
