Very knowledgable! Our problem turned out to be minor. Dale was able to diagnose over the phone and instructed us how to make an easy adjustment that fixed the issue and saved us the cost of a visit.

Best, most honest plumber you could ask for. He's reasonably priced and returns calls promptly if you leave a message.
He has always fixed my problem and been clean/neat/efficient with what needs to be done.

But the biggest story I can share just blows my mind and shows what an honest, respectable guy he is. I called because my bathtub was leaking into the basement. I of course called the plumber. He looked at all the pipes and ran water...no leak...he then discovered there was actually a largish hole in my grout around the shower, so the water was actually leaking right into the wall! He doesn't do grout-work, but he referred me to someone who could help me; and then...HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He said it wasn't a plumbing problem, so no charge. I was amazed there wasn't even a small charge for coming out and the time looking and diagnosing my problem.

Dale is courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. He has replaced exterior hose bibs and fixed bathtub leak (replacing original hot and cold water fittings). We were amazed at how low the final cost was. He gives plumbers a good name. We have a plumber for life.

My hot water heater went out on Friday, July 2nd, I was sure, that I would not be able to get a new one until after the holiday weekend. My daughter suggested I contact Thiessenhusen plumbing. I had a new hot water heater installed and ready to go by the end of the same day. Dale was professional, and courteous. He also cleaned up after he was through.You are awesome Dale, thank you!

Dale was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us replace a water heater and 3 of our toilets in our home. He pointed out some issues with the way everything was originally installed and showed us how he would install it so there were no more future issues/concerns. HIGHLY recommend!

This guy is a clown who does horrible work. Can not recommend.
