Very nice people, Very professional, They're very aware and attentive with the work they do, they do nothing less than a spectacular job with anything they do, If they see something that isn't right or doesn't look how its supposed to they take the time to get it fixed do it right and get it done in a Sensible time frame. I would recommend them to anybody anywhere I would definitely rate Their business and Job quality compassion A1 for sure....

I had my septic system at very high level at inspection. They had service here in twenty minutes and the gentleman walked me through everything. He was friendly and professional. Awesome, amazing service!

A1 did a resale inspection of a septic system for us. Super kind and professional folks and very responsive via email. I have not lived with a septic system before, but Lisa kept things simple for me while still giving me all necessary info. What a great company! We were waiting for 3 months with another company to get our septic pumped for our every 3 year inspection. They made an appointment for the following week with a time and everything. Came right on time and did the inspection and since everything was great it did not need to be pumped. The other place has always just pumped it and now I am thinking it hasn't needed to be done. Guy was very friendly and explained everything to me. Highly recommend!!! We had an emergency situation on the weekend overnight. Lisa was so helpful. She tried to save us a visit by troubleshooting over the phone. Ultimately, Matt came and took care of the problem. Was Looking for a Septic Company that can explain how a Septic system works since we're new to owning a home with Well & Septic. Heard good things about A1 Sewer, and we're thrilled we reached out to A1 Sewer. Lisa was super nice, explained everything over the phone, and sent Jeremy, one of their Technicians, to demonstrate in person. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. A1 Septic handled both our routine maintenance and an emergency with exceptional professionalism.
I emailed them at 10 PM for regular system pumping and had a response with available appointment times first thing the next morning. A few days later when our septic alarm went off, I called at 3 PM and they were at our house at 6 AM the next morning to inspect and pump the system.
Beyond the quick response times, their technician took the time to walk me through proper maintenance procedures, including how to clean the effluent filter and other preventive care steps. That kind of customer education is rare and appreciated.
Highly responsive communication, reliable scheduling, and willing to show up early for emergencies. Exactly what you want in a septic service provider.

Did the job no problem. Price was was a lot higher than three years ago. But they have emptied out my system for probably 15 years or so so I decided to go with them again. I asked what the charge would be for digging out my two lids. I gave the depth. One was ground level the other about 3-6 inches. I was told no charge. Great. When the bill came I was charged an extra $50. I asked and was told he had to dig 12 inches. I watched from my window as he did the work. Not even close to 12 inches. I paid anyway wasn’t going to argue more. I felt the price was kind of high to begin with then another 50. Never use again. Use to be my company, now not anymore.
