After our 20+ year old AC unit decided to fail, we called Ryf in Winneconne. They were always helpful with all my questions, and even came to the house to look over all the different elements of the system that have been added from previous owners over the years, to make sure we got the right unit for our home. When we found the right fit from Bryant, within days they let me know they were coming and the next morning Chris pulled in and went to work. By the afternoon, the house was cooling down from 89 degrees in the house. They went above and beyond the call. 5 stars! Thanks to Nate, installer Chris, Noah and all the crew for their tireless effort to help our family. We will be back.

My furnace was starting to go and needed a new one. I called and received a quote in one day. They walked me through the quote. I said they could come within the week to replace and they called back and did it the same day. Techs were nice to work with. They explained what they were doing. I would recommend.

We had a failing 30+ year old furnace. We knew it would be time soon to address its replacement. On a Friday morning it was time to replace or get darn cold. We called Ryf Heating and Air Conditioning and had a tech over in less than 20 minutes. We received a quote in the next hour and had a team to replace our furnace in a few hours. The process was smooth and clear as we did not expect to have it done same day. Thank you very much Ryf you will be our HVAC team moving forward.

I found my A/C inoperable in the middle of the afternoon 1 day. Set up an appointment and by noon the next day it was up & running. Nice technician. Thank you

After 30 years we decided to upgrade our original Bryant furnace and A/C units (which were still running fine) to the new top end energy efficient models. Based on their radio advertisements and great reviews, we decided to call Ryf Heating & A/C Inc. Jeff and Nathan Ryf were our contacts and Ethan and Chris were our installers. Everyone was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The new units are so quiet you can barely hear them running. The air flow and temperature are a huge upgrade from our old units. We could not be more pleased with our choice. We would highly recommend them.

Service was great. Came out to the house and fixed the issue. I contacted Jeff at Ryf Heating in the morning and they fit me in the schedule that afternoon. Can't ask for better service for a nonemergency call
