Our refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling and I called Matt's Appliance Repair. Matt was very responsive and luckily he was available to make a service call within several hours. He was able to determine the issue with our refrigerator and gave great advice in a very friendly and professional manner. Would highly recommend him.

When I first called him about our GE oven not coming to temp and our stove burners inconsistently starting, he gave me the rundown on what each item would cost to repair vs buying a new unit. He was more than happy to chat about our best options for the price; during his service call he found that one component on our unit came incorrectly assembled from the factory, and would've been a costly (and totally unnecessary) headache to replace -so he advised us against it. Matt ended up saving us a LOT of money and we're incredibly grateful!
In the same visit he also fixed our GE freezer in our side by side fridge/freezer; it had suddenly started running all the time instead of only turning on to cool it back down to temp. Matt walked us through what he'd be doing on his service call, came over a couple days later (after the freezer had thawed for the test) and diagnosed it as a malfunctioning defrost heater behind the back wall of the freezer. Haven't had a problem with it since!

Matt is great! He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and went through all the possible solutions to my freezer defrost problem and told me the one I solution I hadn't thought of and was therefore able to fix myself. When I asked him what I owed him for his time and expertise, he wouldn't take a dime! I know who I am calling if I ever need at home appliance service in the future. Thanks Matt!

We just had Matt here to repair our 3 year old GE washing machine. The board was bad and Matt had ordered one for us. Our washing machine sits off the ground on a riser off the floor, not easy to get at. He had to get behind it to plug it in and work on some items. This was not an easy task for sure. However, he managed to get things working for us. He is not only efficient but also caring and a genuine good guy. I would recommend him for any appliance repair. He knows what he is doing!!!

What an excellent repairman! Extremely friendly and efficient! Matt was able to diagnose my dishwasher issue before he even came out. Once the part arrived, he promptly installed exactly when he said he would. Excellent job in all aspects!
