Darrell is one of the managers. When we had a problem he personally took charge and came out. He made sure everything was right and saved us from going through another steamy night without air conditioning. Thank you Darrell! And our 17 year old dog thanks you.

I cannot say enough good things about Mainline Heating & Air. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I am a Silver member and they have made service calls at no charge which is unheard of nowadays. I have complete confidence in them to get the job done right!

Great experience! Jeremy was our technician. He explained everything he was doing and why and how much it would cost. Our AC is working better than ever.

We built a new home during the pandemic and Mainline did the install of all duct, vents, and HVAC units. This was the best of all the sub's we used during the construction process. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would and were very professional. Matthew made sure we knew what was happening and always checked in to make sure work was getting done to our satisfaction. I would use them again in a heart beat!

We’ve been using this company for over 2yrs. They are quick, trustworthy and get the job completed. The technicians have always been on time, never late, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t trust any other company with our HVAC.

Mainline did a terrific job, we have been in this house for over 30 years and had 8 or 9 different H&A companies and Mainline was by far the best we have ever had. Their technician Nicholas, did a fantastic job and solved our problem very quickly.

Kevin Nichols is best, he is very professional, honest and works with best work ethic. Prompt in his service and gets things done and takes care of his customer. If I could give him 10 star I would. He is the best, great price on HVAC stands by their product and warranty and great reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had 3 units serviced , and one unit replaced by Mainline Heating and Air. Can’t say enough good things about the company and their employees. Punctual, nice, cost effective and absolutely knew what they were doing! Nick oversaw the new unit installation and Walter and Rhett did our service call and they were all great. Will use them for all our heating and cooling needs.

I am thankful and blessed today that my AC problems were not as bad as I thought, being that my unit is 12 years old and it needed a lot of TLC… my home is nice and cool today in this heat and I couldn’t be more grateful… thank you so much…. I honestly was thinking I was going to be paying for a new AC unit! Happy and Blessed! Thank you DH…. Great company, great people, great work!!!!

Mainline was very easy to work with and reliable during the construction of my new house. Of the subs I used, they were one of the top ones I would recommend and use again. Matt accommodated my design and installation requests without issue; they honored their quote even after I made some tweaks in the equipment and duct layout.

Mainline installed our hvac system over 10 years ago. They have been the most professional, competent, reliable business we have ever worked with. Add to that great communication, timely response, and caring service and you have a premium, world class business.

Woke up this morning so hot! I had no idea how hot, because the thermostat had gone out. I called Mainline Heating and Air Conditioning and the very nice technician walked me through reset, NO CHARGE!! So nice to deal with decent human beings. He could have come to my home and given me a huge bill for the service call on a Saturday. But no! He was a good guy and just gave me instructions like a friend. Highly recommend this company. Mainline Heating and Air!!

I am here to update my previous review. Kevin and his team installed a heat pump system for us. He did everything he could to make it right and we greatly appreciate it. Installation went great and he communicated with us through the whole process, competitive pricing. We can already tell a HUGE difference with the new system! Would definitely recommend Mainline Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Most recently, on October 4, 2021, Mainline Technician, Rhett Smith, went above and beyond to attend to every detail to keep our systems in peak working order. Rhett is very efficient and clearly cares about the quality of his work as well as complete customer satisfaction. He is one of many first rate Mainline technicians who have visited us twice annually for many years. We are very pleased with this long-term relationship.

Daniel from Mainline was a great experience for us. His demeanor was superb as well as his knowledge and recommendations. Great for us to find Mainland. We will have them for our continuing HVAC services 👌🏻

Professional and knowledgeable and was able to teach me something about my whole house generator system. I feel confident the system will work and who to call if it breaks. I was unaware of the periodic maintenance that was needed. He showed me how to setup the weekly automatic test on the system to start up and run for 15 minutes.

We found Mainline last year when another company told us one of our units was leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. We called Mainline for a second opinion and they found there was no leak (the gas company later confirmed that). Being that it was an older unit and was prone to breaking down, we decided to have Mainline replace it. They gave us a very reasonable quote and a couple of days later, we had a new unit and have had no issues since.

Fast forward to today (Sat), our other unit stopped working. A capacitor had blown. We called Mainline and within 2.5 hrs of our initial call, Daniel came out, fixed the issue, and took the extra step of cleaning and inspecting the unit to reduce the risk of another issue popping up.

Daniel is the same person that did the inspection last year as well, telling us we had no gas leak.

When dealing with things like HVAC, it is so important to find someone that you can have a high-trust relationship with. We have found that in Mainline Heating & Air and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC sales & service.
