We at the Arab Masonic Lodge engaged Mr. Loftis to provide a twice-yearly inspection and cleaning of our aging central heat & air system and to advise of any repairs deemed necessary.

He cleaned the indoor and outdoor units and identified a failing condenser. On his recommendation, he replaced it and did it quickly and at a fair price.

We would recommend his HVAC services to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price.

Called Cody this morning. He and his helper replaced a part and had our unit up and running in less than 30 minutes. Before leaving, they went under the house and checked that part of the unit also. Very nice young man. Give him a call.

Home AC drain line was broken and needed fixing. Made the call and he was able to come by the same day. Photos are of the broken line. Cody replaced the entire line and was diligent in ensuring that it drained properly.

We have been homeowners for about 18 years. Our home was originally constructed at that time with the wrong size Heat Pump. After about 7 years of misery every time we changed seasons, we replaced the unit. 10 more years with 2nd unit and it went bad. Needless to say, we’ve been through just about every local HVAC company until we finally found Loftis. He went above and beyond to understand the needs and priorities of our home and tailored our unit to those needs. He explained everything in detail, taking a lot of time to make sure we understand how the units work (& how all are different). I am no longer stressed out when it gets really hot and humid worrying out unit will go out. He not only was a very professional businessman, he was also a wonderful teacher.
