This was a great experience. I was kept updated on timing and progression of the job. It was completed just as described with no issues. Cody is very dependable and trustworthy. I will definitely use him on any of my future needs.

They were able to come out on short notice, worked around our schedules, and had our system back up and running quickly. He was very polite and respectful throughout the visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Heater failed this morning before 6. Called and got in touch with Loftis as soon as reasonable. He was onsite quickly and diagnosed the problem, with a quick trip to Albertville for parts. Heater is back up and running again - much faster than expected. Highly recommend!!

I cannot explain the gratitude that I have for Cody Loftis. He has helped me so much with my heating and fire logs and gas installation. It was no easy task. The gas company was so slow and hard to deal with. Cody took over that for me as well. I’m super happy with the job, but I am so grateful for his patience and communication through this whole process.
