Great Customer Service.

10/10 these guys know what you need to get the job done.

Was in need of some 6/3 mc to install my Tesla wall connector. They had what I needed at fair prices with great and friendly customer service. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Inwill definitely be returning if and when I need more wire.

Not often that a business is willing to jump right into someone else’s problem and make it their own. This team was fantastic! Treated me like a long-time neighbor. Athens should be very proud of this business and how they operate. Good folks doing good things for Athens and surrounding communities.

I had him come out for an estimate to wire a new construction home. He came out and looked, had me send him all the diagrams and house plans, and said he’d get me an estimate in a couple days.

He never called me back, never emailed me back, and never answered the phone again.

If you don’t want the job, just tell me. Highly unprofessional.

The owner has no manners when talking to customers. The owner feels the need to walk into peoples business’ and scream. Extremely rude behavior. This individual should not be running the business with such lack of communication skills. Also, they overcharge! Stay away from Dixie electrical.

Have always had a great experience no matter the electrician who came out. Henry just finished up today and was excellent. Good guy, work quickly and accurately, gave me some recommendations (which I took) and charged me a fair price. Can’t get any better than that.

Installed our light incorrectly in the dining room (mounted a chandelier drop to drywall versus wood).
Showed up two different times when they weren't scheduled.
Didn't show up two days in a row when they were actually scheduled and didn't call to notify us (when I called after no show they said they were busy with an industrial job) and then said they couldn't come out for several days after we needed them. So we had to scramble to find someone else last minute.
Recommend looking elsewhere for an electrician.

Edit: They sent a letter to apologize for the lack of communication and issues and provided a credit for services performed correctly and incorrectly. Thank you for that. Have updated my rating slightly to reflect that gesture of good will.

Been using inline for years. If you need basic electrical/lighting supplies, they usually have them in stock. Maybe not everything, but alot. Always friendly and helpful staff.

This place is amazing to work with. Riley is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went in dreading making all the decisions but she made it easy. I highly recommend.
