We hired her for a deep cleaning for our home. This cleaning was needed because of owners' injury that prevented her from cleaning. This was to be floor to ceiling spring cleaning. After arriving 2 hours late, she did not have time to complete the ground floor as we requested. She only managed 2 rooms (Kitchen and dining room) in 4 hours. She did not clean windowsills and mopped by pouring water on the floor and just scooting the dirty water around. She was provided a mopping system which was not used. Did not clean the oven. The baseboards were not cleaned properly. Though she was told not to touch the antique light fixtures, she did attempt to clean and broke one of the crystals on the light but did not notify us. We unfortunately found part of crystal on floor.

Bottom line is that we had to follow up the deep cleaning with our own work and paid $250 for the privilege.

Kelley has done an outstanding job since we hired her 7 months ago— we started with a deep cleaning for 2 days and then bi- weekly since — very professional and always pleasant while working. The house has never looked better. She has also helped with organizing the bedrooms after a renovation was completed - unpacking boxes and organizing the items and placing them into the drawers so we can fine them!!!! We definitely look forward to her bi-weekly cleaning.
