This is my 2nd review of this company. After the technician left my home AC was working. 3 days later again no cold air. I called PHS and he came back out and explained to me 2 bolts were missing the previous tech from a different company failed to install. He explained to me the missing bolts allowed the fan to vibrate the compressor enough to break the weld he had just done a few days prior. He took full responsibility, he wanted to tech with my home warranty if they would cover the refrigerant again "I will do the labor for free, as this is on me and I will fully stand behind my work." A few days later I receive a text he has heard back from my home warranty and ask me to call him. I called and he said home warranty will cover the refrigerant but not the labor $2400.00 electrical labor that has to be done. I told him I need to make some phone calls. Home warranty needs to send back out the 1st company that made the mess to come back and fix what he has done. It should not cost me $2400.00 because.the man didn't know what he was doing.
The tech explained to me that the 1st man is no longer working for home warranty this the is the reaaon he got sent out.
Upon speaking with my home warranty I expalin there is nothing electeical wrong with my AC. This is an absolute false claim. They agree to send out a 3rd company. After waiting from March to June heat index up to 107 and 108 I am now furious. My AC has been out since 8/24. In June the home warranty decided I have to allow the business to come back out. I told them there is now way I will allow this busisness back on my property. He tells me one thing and you another trying to scam me out of 2400.00. I file a complaint with the BBB and email the CEO of home warranty. I get a call from NY. NY makes a call and then tell me I need a new compressor and its 549 for a new compreasor. So this company changed it from $2400.00 electeical labor charge to I need a new compressor. I have a brand new compreasor was finally installed in Dec. 2024. I do not need a new compressor this is an absolute lie!!!!
Home warranty finally agrees to send a.3rd company to diagnose my AC. July 12th tech comes out. There is a huge break in the weld that goes into the main line of the compreasor, this is why all the refeigerant leaked out. He tested my comprssor its good and there is nothing wrong with the electeical. 3rd company submits his bid for repairs and he also tells me if home warranty will not pay it will cost about 1800.00 out of pocket if I want to pay to get it repaired myself.
So this company tried to scam me twice for $2400 and 549 through my home warranty company.
He was very friendly and professional while here on my property. Outside of home warranty companies that do not want to pay professionals what they need to sustain a business he may be honest about his charges and what actually needs to be done to your unit.

My AC stopped working on a 98 degree day. Called Premier Home Services and Brandon came out the same day and got me going that evening. I would definitely recommend their services.

Premier is brand new to Athens but, I had tried other companies and I was unimpressed. So, I thought id try out a new one! Brandon came out and gave me reliable quotes and we ended up doing a duct cleaning on the same day! I have decided I’m going to buy a unit from them as well! Great service!

Patience is the key with any appliance failure. Just so happened that the capacitor on our A/C unit failed. I figured that’s what it was with the storms we’ve been having.
So Brandon shows up we talk and he says “sounds like the capacitor” he checked some stuff inside that I won’t touch and sure enough, a few minutes later “she kicked on”
Show time was 6pm. After a long hot day he had a great customer support demeanor and was great to work with. Well, I watched and learned.
