I have called twice to have someone come give me an estimate on a new unit. No one ever showed up. Its been over four weeks now. I guess they have enough business they don't need mine. Cant give zero stars or I would.

about 8 years ago had cooley's come out to put a hard start on our outside ac unit as we had a 22 whole house generator put in, had cooleys put the hard start on. called a couple years ago to ask about someone coming out and checking the freon/ service the unit, they were no show. I called last week and was put on a list and never heard anything from Cooleys. I called another company yesterday and they were to come out between 12-2 and they came and did a bit of freon, checked for blockage of water, great service, I don't recommend Cooleys for lack of business service.

I recently asked Judd Coley and Tyler to install two new Carrier systems in my home. The attention to detail and follow up by Judd and his capable staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this Company.

It's sad when I can't get someone to come look at ac. Despite the bad review left on here I decided to give them a chance. I called this morning and was told someone would be on their way. It's now 1pm and still nobody. I was told I would get a call back when I asked if it was okay to pay the following day when the lead of the household was back they just had to make a call. That was 2 hrs ago. Not the happiest customer in the world. I will give a better review if the service changes. Very disappointed.

Just had Shaun come out and replace both outside and inside unit at my home. By far the best attitude and work ethic of any ac company I have dealt with before I will definitely be using coley again.

I have been a customer of Coley for many years. Coley is a great company which has a courteous staff. They have always had knowledgeable technicians. The technician Romeo is no exception. He came in and serviced the unit with great skill. The work that he did is greatly appreciated.

Requested an appointment online and got a call within 30 minutes and 30 minutes after my call Romeo was at my home. He had my AC back up and running within 15 minutes of pulling in my driveway! Had my capacitor replaced for a very reasonable price. He gave my dog a complimentary head scratch and was on his way.
