Brandon came out and really was impressive. He took the time to find out what was wrong and looked at every aspect of the HVAC unit to determine best course of action. He cared and dedicated to being a good tech. I appreciate that so much these days. Brandon and lady that answered phone to schedule were both nice and in future will deal with them. Very happy with service received and worth every penny. Glad lady on phone was nice too with so many places acting like you are bothering them by calling for service! She seemed like she cared like Brandon. A+

Our Heat pump went out . Called Spencer heat and air . The owner got me an estimate the next day and then repaired it the following day . The repair men were very knowledgeable and experienced. Will use again . Very fast and communication was excellent.

We were thrilled with our experience. They were so friendly and professional installing our system. They came very promptly and installed a new system that no one else would attempt. After receiving several quotes for a heat pump replacement we ultimately went with Spencer Heating & Cooling. Fantastic communication and the installation crew did an excellent job, going above and beyond to make sure our system was functioning properly prior to their leaving. From the first phone call the experience was outstanding.

I did not appreciate the treatment I received when I called. The lady at the front desk was quite rude, and a worker named Kelan was also very disrespectful. I may be a first-generation immigrant and not always understand English perfectly, but that does not mean I am stupid or deserve to be talked down to.

I even overheard Kelan on the phone making comments about how “annoying” and “dumb” my wife and I are. That was very hurtful. We are immigrants from Mexico, and we work very hard every day. Our house may not be the nicest, but we do our best and we deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

I hope in the future the front desk staff and Kelan can provide better customer service and treat all people—immigrants or not—with kindness.

Spencer Heating and Air had been servicing our 2008 HVAC unit for the past five years, all the while keeping us informed that it was nearing its useful life. The end finally happened in June when the air handler began leaking refrigerant. At the recommendation of our technician, Brad, we had them quote the cost to replace and decided to go that route. The installers, Seth and Jonathan were prompt, professional, and thorough in their work. So much so they identified a damaged component of the system before final installation and were able to have it replaced the same day. Appreciate y’all for the professional, honest, and competitive service and install.

Kenan came out and quickly identified our issue and solved our drainage problem, as well as performed preventive maintenance. He was very personable and professional.

5 starts all around!! Called Spencer’s due to having issues with my mother’s AC and my technician Kelan was very knowledgeable and thorough, got us back up and cooling and was very respectful and courteous. Highly recommend this company and will request Kelan from here on out!!

Update: Brad the technician is awesome, personable, and strives to provide the best service he can. I have little faith and trust in anyone on the management/administrative side. Make sure to get any promises or offerings down in writing. Communication is not a strength. When first trying to book, it took 5 emails/phone calls and a negative review to leave a response.

Spencer Heating did a great job for me today. My Thermostat was out of whack. Kenlan was very polite and helpful. I am well pleased!

Brad always goes out of his way to be sure the job is done well! He is very pleasant, professional, and puts the customer’s needs first. I highly recommend requesting him!

Excellent service from the beginning to end. Our AC stopped blowing cold air at night. I called David around 7 am next day. Brad was at our home by 8:15 or so and he detected the issue just by touching the capacitor. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Brad was also super kind and respectful to my dad who is a mechanical engineer and asked him questions. My dad was super impressed by Brad’s expertise. He also checked the attic to make sure there is no leak etc. Everything was done within 20 minutes.
I am so thankful to Spencer HVAC and Brad for taking care of this problem so promptly and professionally.
I cannot recommend them enough.
