This company was very disappointing. I chose this tree service based on the 5 star Google reviews, but they did not deliver. The owner was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and didn't provide the services that I requested. I don't live in the area so when he met me, he was very rude. He increased the price, stating that he didn't know that I wanted other trees cut, eventhough I sent photos. I had asked him to meet me to avoid confusion, but he didn't show up. He wanted to over charge for the other trees to be cut. I refuse to pay that, he lowered the price, when I said okay, I will pay the lowered price, he claimed he didn't agree to lowered prices for the other trees. The initial price, the owner says didn't include everything I requested, the price increased, then that priced changed too. I would not recommend this company.

Will and his crew did a great job! Excellent customer service. They exceeded expectations with swift and diligent work since a few trees were in an awkward spot but they were taken out with ease. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Will Garrett has been taking care of our lawn for over a year now and recently we had him and the crew cut down several trees in our yard and/or trim up lower branches and deadwood. They did an excellent job! He pays attention to the details, confirms the customer’s desire once again before proceeding! Price was very reasonable and our yard is rather difficult to maneuver due to hill and big rocks. Would recommend him to anyone. He has even climbed our roof to clear it of leaves and branches in the past as a service. Don’t believe you would be disappointed with their services.

We returned home from a trip and immediately noticed that a storm had damaged a tree in our yard. It was leaning towards our neighbor's yard. We call Garrett Tree Service and the owner, Will Garrett came out to give us a quote within 24 hours. Several days later he and his crew removed the damaged tree. They did an excellent job removing the tree and cleaned up our yard completely. We could hardly tell they had been there and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Garrett Tree Service!

Will and his crew did a fantastic job cutting down and removing two very old and large white oak trees beside our driveway. They were quick, efficient, safe and the price was very reasonable. Will was great to work with and did the job in two days - cleaning up even to the point of blowing our driveway off! My kids and I enjoyed watching them take down the trees! Garrett Tree & Landscape should be your first call if ever you need tree removal help. I had several quotes and nobody could beat their rate nor eagerness to get the job done promptly. They even helped my neighbors with a super deal the same day! They were safe, professional, straightforward and courtesy at all times. Tree work can be worrisome, but with the good folks of Garrett Co, it doesn't need to be. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did for us. They will be our only call going forward!

Will Garrett and his crew have taken down numerous trees in our yard, when they finished each job, they didn’t leave until all the debris was cleared. This year (2025) they took down 4 trees and reshaped our gravel driveway. Our driveway looks great, even the UPS delivery driver commented on our “improved” driveway. Whether needing to have trees removed or landscape work, Garrett Tree & Landscape will do it right and on the agreed time.

Did a great job removing a tree in our back yard, behind a fence on a hillside. Crew took care to protect lawn and avoid damage to fencing. Pricing was reasonable.
